Accueil assez froid et très impersonnel ... Aucune information donnée lors du check in sur les prestations de l hôtel . Climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien et le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit . Dommage car l hôtel est à 10 minutes de l aéroport

Everything was clean and worked. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Only real downside is that the water pressure for the shower was pretty bad. Also appreciated the price compared to other options that weren’t too far from Seattle.

The hotel has been upgraded since my last visit so the room was nicely appointed and very clean. I like to stay here when I have an early flight out of SeaTac. What made our stay unenjoyable was that we were put in Room 323 which faces the freeway which, on a Friday night, is quite noisy and interfered with our sleep. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Also, the room did not have a closet or anywhere to hang our coats or the dress I planned to wear the next day. Fortunately we had held onto the luggage rack and were able to drape things over it to keep out wrinkles. We left quite early so cannot speak to the breakfast they provide.

Breakfast had a good selection. The room was very clean however the hot water did not heat up past warm so a shower was not enjoyable. Also the first water out of the bathtub tap was tinged brown when first turned on. The bed sloped inward to the centre. We could hear every step above us - poor insulation between floors so had a poor sleep.

Chose this hotel because of location and access to freeway. It is an older property that has received a recent face lift. Was not aware of huge construction project next door which contributed to noise issues. Reception manager was very on-the-ball, welcoming and efficient. Room was ok, but needs a deep cleaning, especially bathroom and carpet. Water from tub faucet came out rusty and took 8 minutes to get warm, eventually getting warm enough to rinse off but never hot. Biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing between rooms and between floors - indicative of older construction. Noise from all sides meant a long night and not much sleep. Would only stay here again because of location.

TV did not work, called desk put me on hold for a min, then told me it was cable out workers coming in morning. In am TV in breakfast room we're on.... Went to desk again, new person, right away he said TV does not work in that room ... What the he....ll. Could have just told us, not lied. Plenty of rooms available too ..

basic but very comfortable
It was fairly basic but clean and comfortable, the temperature was nicely adjustable and it was dead quiet, even in a room across from the stairs and the elevator.

After staying in Best Western Wenatchee, I never thought I’d stay in a Best Western hotel again. I needed a place to stay in the Renton area for one night and this hotel was the most convenient, most affordable place. I went through the most recent reviews and because majority of them were positive, I took a chance. Check in was easy with a nice gentleman at the desk. He was courteous, friendly and made us feel welcome. The lobby, breakfast/business area were clean. The room we got was spotless and we were in a great location. If there was one thing I wanted to mention that was on the negative side - the noise when you walk in front of the armoire that had the tv and fridge got kind of annoying especially when you don’t want to wake up your sleeping child. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this hotel. I almost forgot - breakfast was included and it was great! Food looked fresh and the area was clean. The attendant was nice and friendly too.

Best western
The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. The two front desk ladies and the lady who looked after breakfast. All very kind and friendly. The room was small but fine for one night. No hot water and very little water pressure. Was fixed after we had our shower. You will need a car here you cannot walk to restaurants etc.

The toilet had no pressure and would not flush the entire time we were there. The front desk was notified twice. We started to just throw the tissue in the garbage can and #2 downstairs in the lobby to use it.
