This bright and airy second-floor condo is tucked away in one of Seaside Park’s most desirable ocean-block neighborhoods on 6th Ave. Perched in an ideal spot, you’ll enjoy refreshing ocean breezes from the front balcony and a great view of township concerts with calming bay views from the rear—creating the perfect setting to recharge and make lasting memories.

Step inside this thoughtfully renovated beach retreat, where modern updates blend seamlessly with coastal charm. The open-concept layout makes it easy to gather—whether you’re whipping up meals in the fully stocked kitchen or kicking back in the comfortable living area with brand-new smart TVs. Every detail, from the hand-picked furnishings to the beach-inspired dĂ©cor, has been chosen by our family to make your family feel instantly at home.

Please note you will have to climb a set of stairs to reach this 2nd floor condo.

Multiple Rental Options:

Planning a wedding weekend or a family reunion? We have three additional 3-bedroom condos in this complex—ask about reserving multiple condos for extra space and convenience.

Expectations & House Rules:

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period.

Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property.

Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights.

No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

No Subleasing

For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation

No Parties or Loud Gatherings

While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.

As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.

(Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

Pet Policy

We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.

Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.

Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

Family Get together

We had an enjoyable stay. The place was nice and clean. We were not far from our family members who also where staying at the shore. My room had a balcony that you can sit out on. (They need to fix the screen door to the balcony because you can get stuck out on the balcony, which I did. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Beach House Experience

The place was just as advertised and was clean and spacious enough. Proximity to beach, boardwalk and places to eat was great and there were plenty things to do. Just a fantastic stay and very seemless. Kishore was a great host and very available for questions and guidance. Look forward to coming back again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Kishore’s place
 The beds were comfortable, there were air-conditioning units in every room, full kitchen, and steps from the beach
 Kishore was excellent at communicating and we would love to come back again! It was nice because my sister and her family and my parents were able to rent three units and all be in one building together. Thank you so much for wonderful vacation.

A nice week away

The location is really great, the property is well maintained and clean and the beach is right up the street. Seaside park has a nice community feel to it as well. Very enjoyable area to stay in and relax.
