L'accueil est très chaleureux. La chambre est correcte. Malheureusement, la propreté laisse à désirer. Les fauteuils sont dans un état catastrophiques. On ose à peine s'asseoir, tellement ils sont sales. La saleté est certainement due aux personnes qui s'y sont assises avec un maillot de bain mouillé en revenant de la plage, mais le résultat est là. Une cacahuète qui était sur le divan à notre arrivée y était toujours à notre départ. Par contre le ménage était bien fait dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Me and my wife had a great experoence while staying here the staff was really nice they even booked us in early at 3 pm, there was no parking anywhere around and we asked if we could parked there at 2 pm they said yea no problem. Wich was really convinient. I will definetly booked again in the future

Besides the people up stairs blasting music and the guy who threw rocks and sand at our window at 11:30 at night when I was trying to get my boys to sleep it was a really great place and trip.

What a cute place! It was clean, close to everything, right on the beach and the continental breakfast was good! We got lucky and were able to upgrade to a view room. I will definitely stay there again!!

Reservation was for a queen size bed in the room and we were put in a room with a double bed by the time we noticed how small the bed was it was to late to change rooms. Did not sleep very good on that tiny bed

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, great communication. The room was exceptionally clean. And the location is right next to all the attractions. Good value for the price. A couple issues: we couldn’t get comfortable in bed; tossed and turned like a whale burp in the tide. The beds were advertised as queens, but seemed smallish like doubles. Also the towels for the pool are dinky and scratchy. We enjoyed our stay, but will likely stay elsewhere next time due to the uncomfortable beds.

This is in the perfect location; on the beach and one street away from all the best shopping and dining in town. Heated pool (but not too heated) and hot tub were a nice way to end the day. The room was clean and updated. The continental breakfast was simple and appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy stay with beautiful ocean views

The location of this property was excellent - right on the beach and only a block from the boardwalk. The property is not new and is somewhat dated, but they have fixed it up so it doesn't feel shabby. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. The pool was great - it was actually heated to a decent temperature. I wouldn't have minded it if it was a little warmer, but I know I'm asking for a lot. But you could get warm in the hot tub, which was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly.

We had excellent weather which was a bonus as we like to walk the beach. Much closer to the waterline then where we have stayed at the North end of the Prom. The staff was very helpful with an upgrade to a view room. Always get water front for the spectacular view. We visit Seaside a couple times a year and have our favorite eateries etc. Both agree we will stay here again.

Does Not Live Up to the Photos
This hotel did not live up to the photos. The property is old and did not satisfy my comfort level. This was not a good spot for a romantic getaway.

November Visit
The price was excellent for a hotel right on the boardwalk. Although we didn't get a beach front room, it was fine because the beach was literally just walking out the front door. The room was awesome, customer service was awesome and parking was abundant. Great location and complimentary breakfast every morning that we were there. The only 2 complaints I have would be 1. The bed was super high up lol. I am 5'9, my hubby is 5'11 and both our feet were dangling like children while sitting on the bed lol. 2. There was only 1 nightstand. It would have been nice to have 2 nightstands so one person doesn't have to keep asking the other person to grab/put stuff up for them. Other than those two things, it was an awesome stay!
