As you know, we are working hard to refurbish some guest rooms, and you were inadvertently placed in a room that was not presentable. Levi, I am sorry you did not have a good experience at the property you described. While we are taking steps to restore this property and make substantial changes to guest rooms, we do not have a parking structure, and none of the rooms have A/C units. Linda, We apologize for the additional authorization on your debit card. This transaction has been an ongoing issue with hoteliers and guests who use this form of payment instead of a credit card. You must have pre-paid for your stay in advance, but the Expedia site states that a card needs to be presented at check-in for any incidentals. The hotel releases that authorization, and it will often take a few days for your bank to recognize it. We are working hard to complete upgrades to our guest spaces and hope you will return to enjoy another stay at our location in time.
