« The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. The grounds are in just ok shape and the yard while big is entirely empty - not a table or anything usable. All basic expectations met but with a little work could be much...

« When I arrived at the property it was actually smaller than I expected, but it made me love it more! Really close to grocery stores and everyday conveniences. It was close to my family that I came to visit and perfect for traveling with a small child because all the conveniences not available at a hotel was there. I would definitely book again. »

« Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. »
