About the Log Cabin
The 1800-style cedar Log Cabin is complete with wood-burning fireplace and antiques from the 19th Century. If you are looking for ranches near Houston, TX you have found it. We provide a memorable getaway, only one hour from Houston. This Log Cabin on our ranch is a two-story cabin with a queen bed downstairs off the living room and two twin beds upstairs. The staircase is steep/ladder-style, made in the style that is commensurate with its 1800's era; therefore not suitable for small children under 6 years of age.

The bathroom features an antique claw-foot tub with antique hand-held telephone shower. A fully furnished kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, farm table, and a modern full-size refrigerator. The front porch has rocking chairs to enjoy. The Log Cabin is not in a secluded area. A true Texas Ranch experience.
