The view from the deck was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the seagulls, ducks and geese in the mornings and evenings. The cottage was extremely close to Acadia National Park, allowing us access to multiple trail heads on the quiet side of MDI. Overall, a great stay. »

« This Maine cottage has everything you need for a quiet stay on the Southwest Harbor side of Acadia National park - only 15 minutes away. Kitchen is well equipped. Cove that it is on is quiet. Would definitely come back again. »

« This is our second stay. When they say 1 step above camping that is misleading. By that I mean, if you have camped, this is 20 steps above camping. You have a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It has a screened porch, a deck and right on the pond. There are lights and outlets to charge phones and there is service for phones! This is better quality then most hotels for the money with the exception of no running water and outside (clean) bathroom. So, if you see this and you are...

« We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. The view is just incredible and calming. The house is well equipped and I even managed to get some work done, at the desk facing the ocean. It’s definitely worth taking walks and enjoying the different points of view. We will come back. »

« As soon as my spouse and I walked in, it was almost like a magickal getaway! The lighting, the smell, the atmosphere overall was so relaxing and warm and inviting!
