« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« Everything was just as stated. The location offer great access to the town but was also secluded and quiet. The host communicated everything needed and then some. The home is very comfortable. »

« The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

« Nice place, clean and quaint. Beachy vibe with home like amenities. Odd observation: Toilet and its plumbing are old and only seem to be able to be flushed once every 20 minutes. With multiple people that can be awkward. All else very good. Would stay again. »

« We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place. »

« Collin's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the charming town of Newburyport. We absolutely fell in love with the area, and this flat provided an ideal location to experience everything this wonderful coastal community has to offer.Collin proved to be an excellent host throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The flat was exactly as described in the listing - no surprises, just...

« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....
