Welcome to 2931 Deer Point Drive, your dream luxury beach vacation home on Seabrook Island! This stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom brand new build is making its debut as one of our premier rental properties, offering an unparalleled experience of coastal elegance and relaxation.

There are three bedrooms located on the first floor of the main home (king bed, queen bed, and queen bed), each with their own private bathrooms. Accessible from the first floor porch is the unique stand-alone mother-in-law suite (queen bed), which has a private bathroom and it's own porch area. Lastly, there is one bedroom on the second level (two twins) which has access to the nearby semi-private hallway bathroom.

For those seeking to take advantage of the island life, Seabrook Island offers something for everyone. Indulge in resort-style amenities with access to club pools, golf courses, tennis courts, and fitness center. There's even an equestrian center, a library and a crabbing dock. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and loved having this beautiful house to stay in while celebrating. Everyone who stopped by to visit couldn’t believe how amazing it was. A very special house on a beautiful island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, felt brand new. The design was great with the the top floor common areas and kitchen. The screened in porch up on the main floor has a fantastic view over the marsh and out to the ocean in the distance. We really enjoyed Seabrook - the beach was great, round of golf was enjoyable, our two year old liked the playground too. Nothing we didn’t enjoy about the stay or the house. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little alice of paradise for a few days!

Beautiful clean home. Easy to get to. Love that they have a golf cart and some games for us to play. It took us some time to figure out the microwave and oven (different digital display options) but once we did, it was fine. The elevator did not work when we arrived and a technician was sent quickly to resolve the issue so we appreciated that. That was all super minor. The only part of the experience that was confusing was before the stay where we had to fill out a form to get amenity passes (did not end up using) and also register our rental car for a car pass. Not hard, just way more thinking and paperwok than I've ever had to do for a vrbo stay. I assume those are just seabrook island rules though and not a reflection on the property. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property!
