Always Sunny is a beautifully decorated one bedroom villa within the Pelican Watch Villas community of Seabrook Island. Located steps from the beach, Always Sunny features mesmerizing ocean & river views from its West-facing covered back porch, living room and kitchen. Sit back with your favorite beverage of choice on the porch and watch the nature performance unfold before you with dolphins, coastal birds, deer & more. The sunset views are incredible! Take the door from the back porch down to the boardwalk and feel your blood pressure drop as you stroll to the beach. All the rooms of this happy villa are located on the same floor. This villa is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, a friends' get-together or a small family vacation.

Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the months of June, July and early August.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR ALWAYS SUNNY (maximum occupancy of 4):

- Community boardwalk (with outdoor shower!) connects building to the beach access points.

- Guests of Always Sunny may purchase a Lake House guest amenity card from the Seabrook Island Amenity Office for an additional fee, which will enable you to access the Equestrian Center and Lake House (including the outdoor pool and fitness center at the Lake House).

- Dog friendly home - small dogs only please!

- Renovated kitchen with white cabinets, penny tiled backsplash & marble countertops.

- Open floor layout between the living room, kitchen and dining room areas.

- Two full bathrooms -- one en suite bathroom in the bedroom with a shower/tub combo and one full bathroom off of the hallway near kitchen with a walk-in shower.

- Washing machine & dryer

- Dining table seats 4 plus there are stools available for seating at the kitchen counter as well as a bistro table and 2 chairs on back deck.

- Free WIFI

- Private parking for a maximum of 2 cars (with security gate & parking fees).

Guests enter Always Sunny by walking up a half flight of exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter this renovated, lower level villa, you will find the hallway that connects the bedroom with en suite bathroom to the kitchen, dining area, hallway bathroom, living room and back deck. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The washing machine & dryer are located in a closet near the kitchen.

Relaxing Trip As Needed

We love the Villas. We’ve stayed in 4 so far. Everything was great. My only complaint is not being informed about the floor situation in the bedroom. Of course I stepped on it and lost my balance falling into the glass lamp table. It could have ended much worse.

Relaxing Retreat

This property is the perfect location to rest and enjoy the sunset or watch the shrimp boats go by! Stroll along the beach to collect shells, or relax with that novel. There is also so much to see and do in the area if you like to keep active!

Beautiful Views

Overall was a very good stay. There was an issue with the parking pass to access the Island. I would suggest making sure you have the pass (QR code) a few days before you head down. Seabrook has changed its process and it is glitchy. Owner got it resolved by time we arrived. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Faces the beach so great views with easy beach access. Owner was very responsive.

This unit could use some love and decluttering. It appears the floors have settled, making it seem woozy when walking. The bedroom needs black out drapes and the black out drapes in the living room were rod pocketed making open and closing impossible. The bathrooms could use an update. We did not cook in, but it appeared it was set up so one could cook. We enjoyed the view.

Beautiful view and all of the comforts of home

We love staying in Pelican’s Watch. This property offers amazing views. The sunsets are beautiful. We loved seeing the deer grazing from the balcony. The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen. I was concerned when it listed a Keurig and I didn’t have K-cups but was happy to see that they had the adapter pods so that I could use my ground coffee. We enjoyed cooking many meals, in the condo. Usually there is some sort of utensil or pan missing (at other condos), but not here. Thanks for a great stay!

Cheerful condo

I did not stay here, but 3 other adults in our family did. They all enjoyed it. The covered porch was wonderful... one of our daughter worked remotely from it. The couch there is perfect for an afternoon nap!
