Cette maison au bord de l'eau confortable offre une atmosphère confortable et relaxante qui est parfaite pour une escapade romantique ou une sortie en famille. Son charmant salon dispose d'une grande cheminée et d'une vue imprenable sur les montagnes olympiques et le magnifique canal Hood. Il y a aussi de superbes vues sur l'eau depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger et les chambres. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont un cuisinier gastronomique aura besoin. La grande terrasse est l'endroit idéal pour admirer le coucher du soleil après une longue journée de baignade ou de pêche.

La plage de galets privée offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre, nager, pêcher, bronzer ou chercher des coquillages et des rochers intéressants. Et rien de tel qu'un feu crépitant sur la plage pour faire griller des huîtres, cuisiner des s'mores et simplement avoir de belles conversations en famille. Il y a une bouée d'amarrage pour garder votre bateau juste au-delà de la ligne de marée basse.

Cette maison est décorée d'antiquités nautiques uniques, de meubles confortables et de grands lits. À proximité (deux miles), l'historique Seabeck possède un grand magasin de campagne, une boutique expresso, un café, une boutique de cadeaux et une marina. Vous en trouverez encore plus à Silverdale (15 minutes), y compris un centre commercial, de nombreux restaurants, cinémas, navires antiques et bien plus encore.

The location of the home, nestled into the forest on the Hood Canal, is so appealing, and the back deck and beach are just delightful. The home is a funky 1950’s beach house, and if you forget to bring something—whether it’s catsup, tape, or beach towels—you’ll find it here. It seemed more like we were enjoying a few days at a friend’s summer house than staying in a rental. The host is super accommodating and responsive.

The most incredible stay in the Hood Canal - The house is so cute and very clean. Views are breathtaking at every time of day. We saw wildlife and rainbows from the front deck… really not much more you can ask for.Hosts are also super kind and communicative! Will definitely be coming back for a second stay :)

We just had an amazing and relaxing time at this Seabeck Beach House! Check in was easy, clear and great directions (thankfully!). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. Bed was comfy with nice linens. Thanks for offering your place for use! We'd like to return for sure!

We had the best time at the Montgomery's "Cottage by the Sea" we called it. We had a family of 5 and the space was perfect! We really enjoyed the house decor and the Olympic Mountain views are unmatched! We had daily visits from Seals, Deer, Bald Eagles and we got really lucky and saw Orcas on our 2nd day! The binoculars came in handy for watching all the marine life! My family explored Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier and most of our desirable visits were within 45min-2 hours away. We loved how secluded & small Seabeck was and their little town & marina area is very charming! The house is older, but that adds to the charm of the place. It has everything you will need and we found that this rental was stocked with a lot of things you typically have to buy, like seasoning, coffee etc..We're really looking forward to visiting Seabeck in the future and we would love to rent this place again! "We left our soul on the Pacific Coast " and can't wait to come back! Thanks again

We flew from Texas to Washington St. to attend a family wedding in Seabeck and splurged as we were also celebrating our Anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage home and the view was breathtaking!! This was our first Vrbo booking and the home owners were very efficient and accessible offering information prior and during our stay. We definitely will book again for a revisit.

The best view!

I wish I owned this place! The house was so charming and the view was spectacular! We saw porpoises, sea otters, bald eagles and so many little ducks everyday. The “basement” bedroom is a bit cool as mentioned in other reviews, but there’s plenty of blankets. We never had to build a fire down there. We did have a fire upstairs just for fun. The entire family loved it and hope we can come back there someday.

Quaint cabin with amazing view

I stayed here with friends for about a week. It was the perfect place for a winter getaway. There are two fire places that keep the house nice and cozy, a kitchen with everything you could need, and friendly hosts.

Cozy Beach House

My husband and I were very grateful that we found such a quiet location with gorgeous views of the beach and the Olympic Mountain range. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The best part was looking out the windows watching all the wildlife. We saw seals, lots of birds including Eagles, and deer walking on beach and eating in the yard.The house was well stocked with everything we needed; the beds were comfy too!! Lastly, our hosts were outstanding to work with, they gave us the option to check in early and check out later if you wanted to. They were very quick to reply to all my questions as well.We hope to return to this awesome place again!!!!

A Wonderful Relaxing Place

Family Thanksgiving weekend

We absolutely LOVED Mike & Kelly's Seabeck property! The house itself was very quaint and had a ton of character. The setting was very peaceful and quiet and the views of Hood Canal and the Olympics were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. We enjoyed several cozy fires in the upstairs fireplace, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs. We saw lots of wildlife - deer, seals, and interesting birds. It's very close to town for any shopping needs but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. This place is a true gem and makes for a lovely visit to Seabeck.

Beautiful home and property!

We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again! The house had all of the amenities plus a breathtaking view of the mountains. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while drinking coffee and watching the wildlife from the beach. Seals, sea lions, and porpoises swam by daily! We highly recommend this house!

Serenity in Seabeck

Absolutely gorgeous view of the hood canal and Olympic mountains! Love the quiet, serene location. We saw harbor seals and porpoises, bald eagles, blue herons, fish jumping, and various birds during our stay. The house was charming with some definite quirks as others have stated in their reviews. The slanted floor in the kitchen and bathroom took some time to get used to. The kitchen cabinets could use a little finessing. Some don't close and drawers are rough to open and close. The main issue for us was the mattress in the master bedroom. It has a very worn valley, which would probably be fine for a night or two, but a full week left us with sore necks and backs. The vertical blinds were frustrating to use. We ended up just leaving them open during our stay. Replacing them with curtains would be easier for guests to operate. Adding a shower to the other bathroom would be a nice addition since the only shower is very small. We appreciated the carport and fireplace during our stay.

Oysters on the beach!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this home in Seabeck. I felt like I was staying at a beloved family vacation home. A bonus here is that there are only two steps to enter, and a bedroom and bath as well as living/kitchen are all on one floor. (another bedroom is downstairs) The back yard and beach are also accessible without stairs. The view is amazing--and oysters are available right on the beach. We were there in a month with no "R" so did not feel like we wanted to eat them while we were there, but will definitely go back! Very well equipped and a fun place overall.

Perfect Seaside Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Scenic Beach Cottage . The decor is amazing - so many little details - and completely outfitted with anything you could want . Fantastic view ; quiet and peaceful . We saw many seals and deer - right from the deck . I highly recommend this rental .
