Having rented on Cape Cod, the lack of 1 hour of work to check out was very much appreciated. The landlord was responsive when we had a minor issue. It was easy to drive to touristy places - about 20-30 minutes. The fireplace was nice and the AC was also appreciated. The closet space in the downstairs bedroom was really excellent. »
