« We had a very nice relaxing time. The screened in porch was amazing! The weather was perfect. The handicap ramp and other amenities were fantastic for my sister who has some disabilities. I highly recommend this cottage especially if you just want to kick back and relax. We are planning to go back. Next time I think we will take more groceries and prepare our meals there. »

« We were surprised the cabin was on the corner of a street leading to a dead end with other cabins . We had a lot of traffic. The neighbors big dog howled alot ( I know it isn’t the owners fault). The floors need a good cleaning. Also the temperature should be dropped to below 80 before arrival in the summer. The cabin was very hot and the concrete floors were wet. It needs more wash cloths. Would never be enough for the amount of people it is supposed to cater to. Bed was very comfortable....

« Fantastic location right on the water, very quiet and peaceful! Had everything we needed and more! Needs were comfortable and the living room and back porch were fantastic! Only negatives for us- the cleanliness of the pots/pans- had to wash them before using them and there was no extra toilet paper /trash bags anywhere! Overall great visit! »

« Loved the house and the views are spectacular. The home has large windows to see the river as well as a huge screened in back porch. I loved to sit in the back porch in peace drinking my morning coffee and just soaking in the view. Also loved the kayaks provided as we used them daily. « We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size. The kitchen was a dream come true and I enjoyed baking in the double ovens.. the living room is comfortable, the bathroom was plenty big, and the beds were very comfy. We hope...

« Beautiful small cabin in the woods! We stayed for 4 nights in August for a fishing trip on lake Guntersville. The Cabin was exceptionally clean, and the amenities provided was more than we could have asked for. Having a boat the drive way was very inconvenient and difficult to maneuver. It is a steep slope and sits on a sharp turn. The pictures are misleading as it doesn’t show the slope of the drive along with the curve making it very difficult to park, especially with a boat! On the cabin side...
