« I stayed for a night on 4 July 26 with my sister and we had a lovely time, the hotel was cosy and the staff welcoming. We had a double en-suite room each and the rooms were cosy and well decorated and furnished. The bathrooms were modern and the showers were great. The beds were so comfy, we slept so well. Breakfast was great and they made me vegetarian sausages. The staff were wonderful. We will be returning . It was great value for money too. »

« Nous nous attendions a un etablissement de meilleure qualite,le batiment est tres vetuste et pas accueillant,malgre une situation agreable a quelques pas de la cote.Tout laisse a desirer,que ce soit le personnel,le confort,la deco.De plus ce soir la dans le bar de l'hotel un groupe de musique se produisait,on avait pas l'image mais bien le son,le pire est quand il son montes en chambres(a cote de la notre)je pense qu,ils se croyaient seuls.Le silence est apparu vers 4h00 du matin.La ville par...

« Very welcoming host, the room had an amazing veiw. Very clean, good variety of tea, coffee and a hot chocolate. The bottle of water in the fridge was a godsend when I got back after a long day. Breakfast was very tasty, full english with a glass of fruit juice and a pot of tea( or coffee). It was so helpful being able to drop my bag off before check in... Which when I arrived I was able to check in early. Also I could leave my bag there when I checked out, meaning I didn't have to lug it around...

« Chambre exiguë, à se demander si ce n'était pas une chambre de bonne reconvertie (3 m de large sur 4 m de long), eau bouillante pour la douche à 2 reprises (2 matinées de suite) : merci pour les migraines de la journée ! Pas de wifi dans les chambres : nécessité de se rendre dans les salons et à l'accueil situés au rez de chaussée pour se connecter à internet avec smartphone et pc portable. »

« The hotel looks absolutely beautiful on the outside & the ground floor is lovely but the rooms ohhh dear im not one to book cheap & expect 5 star but the bathroom was like a men's charging room & smelt like it, there was a massive gap under the door, no tea or coffee & the pillows were flat as ya like, you cant check in till 3pm & they have no where to store your luggage if you get there early so abit of a nightmare lugging it about Scarborough front »
