The spectacular views of Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach and on clear days you can see the Isla del Caño. Very few homes in the area are able to capture all of these landmarks from a single location.

Enjoy the large swimming pool with waterfall, large and open concept kitchen-living room-dining area. Well equipped kitchen.

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports (Quepos or Palmar Sur), to the property in Portalon. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at a pre-determined location (depending on where guests are arriving from) and we will escort guests to the home at check-in.
We will also be there at check-out to ensure everything is in order.

Home is located inside a development named Hills of Portalon and located between Manuel Antonio/Quepos and Dominical. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other shopping locations within 20-30 minutes.

Numerous beaches within 30 minutes (Manuel Antonio National Park, Playa Dominical, Matapalo, Playa Linda). In addition, guests are about 40 minutes from another world-famous national park, Marino Ballena National Park and the 'whales-tail' beach.

Guests have numerous activities nearby, and our Concierge will line any excursion or tour up for you (ideally in advance to secure availability).

For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.

The property is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive and private use of the property and the swimming pool.

The concept of minimalistic architecture, wide open living room, dining table and spacious kitchen all in the same room, high ceilings, and wide open windows and doors will make you feel like the freedom and commodity of an smart designed lighting of spaces.

Equipped with two bedrooms with king-size beds, and the third with a queen will provide the availability to comfortably have up to six adults. Every bedroom at this masterfully designed home has its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In addition, the Owner's Suite has its own Jacuzzi hot tub.

Each room is air conditioned same as the living space additional to the ceiling fans located all over the house,

Beautiful salt-water swimming pool, overlooking the ocean, daybeds and outside sofas for more comfort, gas grill outside. Enjoy the contrast of fire-and-water with the outdoor fireplace area. In the evening the glowing fire reflecting off of the pool provides the perfect ambience for an end-of-the-day cocktail or refreshment.

Guests at Villa Tres Vistas are an easy 15 minutes to several nearby beaches: Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda

The home is approximately 2.5 hours from San Jose's international airport (Airport code: SJO) and about 20 minutes from Quepos regional airport. If your schedule allows, we recommend taking a regional flight from SJO to Quepos (we can provide the airline options). The flight from SJO to Quepos is fast (20-30 minutes) and a wonderful way to see the amazing landscapes that Costa Rica is known for (beaches, mountains, rain forests).

Home is accessible by any SUV/AWD/4x4. Smaller automobiles will not make it to the home.
The Concierge from Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas will assist guests in lining up transportation (rental cars, private airplane, helicopter, etc).

This property is simply amazing. Checks all the boxes for a luxury vacation. Wonderful views of the jungle and ocean. Very peaceful. About 35 mins to any restaurants and tourist attractions. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful.

From start to finish, we had an excellent time. Henry met us at the meeting point and showed us to the property and then showed us around. The view was better than the pictures show. Truly three amazing views! We were visited daily by different animals, including a blue Morpho butterfly with iridescent blue wings. Truly amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It's usually an impersonal email, with instructions. They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7. I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Thank you Villa Tres Vistas ... Pura Vida!
