Great Stay!
Unlike other reviews, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked wonderfully! This felt like home away from home while we were there. Great walking distance to many things and it was nice to be able to cook in some nights/day. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful townhome with historical charm
This townhome is very nice and the location is close to everything, walking or easy to Uber. We had no trouble parking at the home though the parking in back will only accommodate one car. When we toured, we were able to find public parking. We did use Uber also. We did the Ghosts and Gravestones trolley tour, a two-day daytime trolley historical tour, and a riverboat dinner cruise right in the Savannah River. We were able to get reservations for all of it before we arrived and we made reservations for our dinners based on the availability at the desired restaurants. The blackboard at the home had a good list of places to see and eat plus we arrived with a list of places we wanted to visit. We had a great time in Savannah! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly when we arrived Thursday night but was fixed by Saturday morning. Thankfully the upstairs unit worked well and kept us cool enough. The WiFi only worked almost a day. Vacasa had us troubleshoot several times and for a few hours we thought it was working but in the end, we didn’t have WiFi. These are certainly issues that downgrade our experience because we counted on both. As for cleanliness, we were pleased until bedtime when one of the bedspreads had an obvious odor. We promptly washed and dried it and it was no longer a problem but we certainly didn’t expect that. The management was delayed with responses at times but were friendly.

Townhome close to all the sites and was a comfertable place we looked forward to go "home" to for resting and spending quiet time with family. Would definietly choose to saty at this location again!

Great Location, safe area, clean and walking distance to most anything. Mattress's in both rooms need to be changed out, old, sagging, etc. No Grill? Front door combination pad needs new batteries. House is clean and is a nice stay for Savanah visits.

Beautiful but...
Property was absolutely beautiful and a great location! Everything you need is in the home just like being in your own house. Unfortunately experienced a problem with the air conditioning which was out of anyone's control but was never taken care of for the duration of our stay!!

The Best
We have been staying at Vrbo's at least two times a year for several years. This place was our favorite. Everything was great including bathrooms, kitchen , bedrooms and location. Owners have put a lot of thought into their guests comfort. Also very happy to have the off street parking.

Everything provided and even better than we anticipated.
Fantastic. Worthy of a longer stay. Probably better suited to two pairs of adults taking time in Savannah than our party (familly of 5) there only for a couple of days. One child was on the (comfy) sofa bed. Ideally, one wouldn't want to use it because the sofa was in the middle of the lounge. I don't think I've stayed in a place where such good bathroom articles have been provided to the guest - big bottles of flash shampoo, new toothbrushes! (And, in the kitchen, snacks.) Very good bathrooms - great shower in the main - and spotlessly clean.
Quiet neighbourhood, close to Troupe Square.
We'd have preferred complete blocking of light in the bedrooms at night - curtains and/or roller blinds - to the venetian blinds here. [So many properties are like this (we're British and holiday there mainly)].
I've never seem such a simple-to-use but slick climate control. Simply dial the temp. up/down and separate for the two floors. Very clever.
Thoroughly recommend. Only one change which I think all would agree with - a reading lamp on both sides of the bed in the master bedroom.
I've scored lowly on comms because two questions put to the owner, 7-10 days before arrival, were not responded to. One was about check-in - hence only "OK" for that. For us Savannah was part of a multi-stop trip and I've like d to have had things buttoned-down that far ahead.

Lovely Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and quiet. Even our fur babies had a nice time. The rental was clean and comfortable. We love that we were in walking distance to a few of the breakfast restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Savannah.
