Parfait pour la route!
Un à retenir pour un passage sur la route! Parfait pour notre grande famille de 5. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Piscine qui ferme tard et ouvre très tôt au grand plaisir de nos petits voyageurs qui après une journée de route ont besoin de bouger. A 2 pas de la 95.

En arrivant le tapis WELCOME est extrêmement sale. Quel acceuil ! grand besoin de rénovation partout dans la chambre ! Je ne retournerai jamais dans cette chaine d’hotel Le bain et la douche datent de au moins 20 ans . Les antidérapants dans le bain sont devenus gris ! Je ne sais pas s’ils sont sales, mais je n´ai pas osé me laver dans ce bain !

Everything was fine until the last day when staff decided it was okay to constantly knock and barge in to the room for the remaining 3 hours before checking out. Even after explaining that check out was noon, they constantly knocked and walked into the room which was discomforting, frustrating, and also very unsafe. I no longer felt welcome and it kind of ruined what was actually a great weekend and experience.

The first time we stayed here, the room was nice, but it was on the first floor and was very noisy. No biggie, though. The second time, it was a different room, still 1st floor, and unlike the first room, which looked like it had been updated, it is in poor shape. Again, it was very noisy. I asked to be placed on a 2nd or 3rd floor, but was told that the only other room available was second floor right above the lobby (which was an open area) and was told that late check-ins would be just as noisy as people playing soccer down the 1st floor hall. The room itself was just old. The bathroom door was splintering horribly, there was broken tiles in the room and I’m not sure how clean the bathtub was, as it was very stained. The shower head sprayed out all over everywhere. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided, which was nice. There were stains on the window shades, which really need to be replaced. The air worked very well and the breakfast provided in the morning was really good. I am hopeful that the room will be updated soon as there was a sign that stated they were renovating. This room needs to be updated SOON!! It was a good price, but I’m not sure if we would stay there again.

Not Good experience. The bathroom was not clean and the shower has high force and splash water all over. No way it is usable and it is evident that it is long term issue, the bathroom door was full of mold, ripped and peeling away. when complained the staff didn't take a note or acknowledge. I dont understand how this hotel has 3 stars, given its rooms, hallways are narrow and basic. not comparable to Holiday Inn which is another 3 start hotel nearby. However this is in good Location, the bed was clean and comfortable. The first staff was nice.

Staff knew about the local tour company and called to have them pick us up at the front door saving us a 25 minute drive into the city and back. It was a wonderful narrated tour of Savannah. Breakfast is great also.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and the surrounding area was fine. But if you are drawn in by the hot-tub/pool and looking for a nice breakfast; those were disappointing. The pool area is right in the lobby which was a bit awkward, but could have been overlooked except the hot tub was cold and the pool was like bathwater. For the price and rating of the hotel I was hoping for something like eggs (which I have had at other local hotels that are half the price), so the options were cold cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles were disappointing. The 'gym' was one treadmill and one set of 30 lb dumbells in a tiny room.

No more visits here
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and loved it, but this time will probably be our last time. We got moved from 101 to 223 after 30 mins of checking in due to parents cussing at their kids and kids running around being loud. Plus, the AC unit did not cool down the room We traveled 9 hours to get here so we were ready to sleep. The new room toilet had a black ring inside the toilet, the handle on toilet felt like it was going to break any minute, soap dish in shower had black stuff on it. Not sure if it was mold. The beds sounded like they were going to break as you turned in the bed. They were so uncomfortable. I was shocked by how this hotel which was our favorite had really gone down. Not sure I will stay here again. Just a disappointment. Only good thing… was Carmen the front desk. So sweet and professional!!

You pay for what you get
The room floor was dirty. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my feet was BLACK. No room clean up. They have an elderly man n woman cleaning.. This is definitely no Hyatt or Marriott. You pay less, you get less..

One night stay
We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites in the past and this one was not up to expectation. The room definitely needed to be upgraded (110), the curtains were all stained and the bathroom inside door as well as the walls were in very rough shape. Very disappointing.

Fine for one night passing through.
Convenient right off the highway and a couple chain restaurants across the parking lot. It was cheap and good for a one nights stay. The walls were very thin and I could hear the TV and people next door easily. Luckily they were not loud and I slept fine. It's fine if ur just passing through.

Just left and it was the worst hotel we have stayed at. The metal “boxes” that the beds are on make loud noises every time anyone moves. Please have a manager with a family try to sleep in room 216; the mattresses are comfortable but the beds make so much noise. The walls are so thin, we spent the night listening to the TV next door and the crying baby at the other end of the hall. When we checked in we were told 24 hour coffee. When we left at 6:30am, there was none. Overall not clean. Terrible stay.
