Experience the comfort of our sleeping arrangements at this charming Airbnb retreat. Unwind in the lavish primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom provides a snug twin-sized bed, perfect for a solo traveler or a child. For larger groups or families with multiple children, we offer the convenience of a pull-out couch for added sleeping space, ensuring everyone has a peaceful night's rest.

This property also features two full bathrooms, each equipped with their own showers. The home’s water heating system is powered by the state-of-the-art Navien NPE 240A tankless water heater, providing unlimited hot water on demand.

Cleansing shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the push of a button with a modern built-in dispenser located in each shower.

Enjoy the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. The Electrolux front loading washer and dryer set is expertly designed to handle a variety of laundry tasks with precision. The washer also includes a quick 15-minute wash cycle, perfect for when time is short but clean clothes are necessary.

For those driving electric vehicles, an EV charger is conveniently located in the carport. EV charging is provided at no extra cost, and you are welcome to use the EV charger on an unlimited basis for the duration of your stay. Although the charging cable is compatible with a variety of electric vehicles, for guests interested in charging their Tesla Models 3, Y, S, and X, a complimentary J1772 adapter is available in your vacation rental. Again, there is no extra fee to use the adapter or the EV charger. Simply ask your host if you require any assistance with EV charging.

EV charging isn’t the only modern amenity offered at this property. Enhance your stay with smart home features, such as Alexa-controlled lighting, allowing you to adjust the ambiance with simple voice commands. You can also ask Alexa about the weather, news, or other information.

We’ve even made connecting to the Wifi an effortless experience. Simply scan the QR code located on the large posters located throughout the house, and your phone will automatically connect to the Wifi with no password required. If you prefer to log in the old fashioned way, then simply use the network and password provided to you upon booking. Once you’re connected, you’ll enjoy the incredible speeds of the Bell Fibe network.

Your accommodations also include a dedicated workspace designed for productivity and comfort, located in a private room separate from the living areas. This space is equipped with two L-shaped desks, providing ample room for spreading out documents, multiple monitors, and other necessary work tools.

There are a total of six TVs throughout the house, including one in each bedroom. The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted LG 75 inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Enjoy a theatre quality audio experience with a 300-Watt JBL soundbar equipped with a 6.5 inch wireless subwoofer.

You won’t have to worry about logging into your favourite streaming service either, since the living room TV is already subscribed to Netflix, Apple TV+, Crave, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Youtube Premium. Each bedroom TV will also be logged into these services when you arrive.

A PlayStation 5 is also included with your stay, preloaded with popular games like "It Takes Two," "Hogwarts Legacy," "Fortnite," and "Spider-Man 2." You can find this comfortable gaming corner in the basement next to the warmth of the Kingsman FDV350 remote controlled gas powered indoor fireplace.

In the basement, you’ll find a fun and engaging karaoke corner, perfect for entertainment and lively evenings. This area is centered around a karaoke TV, which clearly displays lyrics for easy sing-along fun. Accompanying the TV is the Moukey Karaoke Machine Speaker, a robust system designed to enrich your karaoke experience.

Step outside to enjoy the large deck with beautiful patio furniture that can comfortably seat up to seven people. While using the deck, enjoy a hassle-free cooking experience with a barbecue connected directly to a gas line, so you never have to worry about an empty propane tank.

Last but certainly not least, the crown jewel of your deck experience is the DayDream Ensemble hot tub, equipped with 35 jets and suitable for seven people. This hot tub is built by AquaRest Spas and is equipped with top-of-the-line jacuzzi pumps and spa accessories. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventures.

After drying off from your hot tub session, grab some of those fire logs in the backyard, light up the fire pit, and enjoy some great conversations with friends. You’ll also have the peace of mind knowing that our fire pit has been inspected and approved by the fire department, and a valid burn permit is posted inside the home.

And while we’re on the topic of trust and safety, we’re proud to inform our guests that we are a fully licensed establishment under the City of Sault Ste Marie’s short term rental by-laws. This means that the property has been thoroughly inspected by the City’s building department and the fire department.

Moreover, your hosts have undergone a detailed Level 2 criminal background check prior to receiving their short term rental license. In other words, you can rest easy knowing that both your vacation rental and your hosts have been screened and vetted by City authorities.
