Thank you for stayed with us,
As per we informed you the date you checking we fully book with double bed in room type you booked (Twin or Double type) and its period of new year every where a most full, We also refund you half of Total room rate for first 3 nights as per you request that you was not ok, and from number 4 nights we provice new room with double bed available for you and We did not extra charge and also refund full of night during we got problem with no water by accident that couldn't control , we did solve to quickly never ingore as you can saw till you stayed fine untill you checking out.
Please accept any an apologize from us included refund that no where did but we did, that period you stayed we had 120-130 peoples of guests to taking care.
Thank you for your negative feedback even isn't true some.
