Enjoy this beautiful townhome on Saratoga Lake (Waters Edge Townhomes) boasting amazing amenities including lake access, beautiful sandy beaches, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor tennis, pickle ball, gym, sauna, kayaking, grilling & relaxation by the fire-pit! This location is perfect for all SPAC concert goers, race track & casino lovers, golfers, fishermen & boaters! If you are simply looking for a getaway in an extremely inviting & modern home - you will enjoy the updated beautiful fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. This modern townhome offers 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom on the first floor) & 3 newly upgraded bathrooms. The main floor includes the living room area with a cozy fireplace & beautiful windows, a large kitchen & dining room with a table that seats 8. The private first floor bedroom highlights beautiful natural light & a cozy reading nook. The full modern main floor bathroom includes a standing shower. The washer & dryer are right around the corner behind the beautiful barn door.
Upstairs you will find the elegant master suite with a stunning marble bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in your own balcony off the master suite where you will catch the sunrise over beautiful Saratoga Lake! There are 2 additional bedrooms & a full bathroom with a large tub.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, glass & plastic dinnerware, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, platters for hosting, grill tools, & knife set. Feel free to message me if you are looking for something specific. Use the grill & enjoy a BBQ on our private outdoor patio area or venture down the road to the club house where you have full access to the amenities - beach, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, indoor/outdoor tennis, pickle ball, basketball, racketball, or simply relax on the Adirondack style chairs overlooking the lake. Excellent property and host

Spectacular stay, super easy and flexible all from booking to check out. Host was helpful and very kind. Property was gorgeous, very comfortable, updated, luxurious and spacious, and very well stocked - real quality items (such as wine glasses) and useful items in the pantry, as opposed to the usual cheap stuff bought just for many rental properties. Community was great with excellent amenities and right on the water - beautiful setting. Thank you!

Wonderful property with an excellent location and quick trip to anywhere you want to go in Saratoga! Everything was clean, updated, and plenty of space for 8 people. This place was perfect for our Girls' weekend. There were 6 of us. We especially liked the location, amenities, well stocked kitchen, and layout of rooms. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We would absolutely stay again.

Amazing trip!

This house was modern and a perfect set up for our group. The location was so prime and and it was so great to have all of the amenities such as the pool, tennis and basketball court, the beach, and the kayaks.

Fantastic

We came for a long awaited family reunion in the area! The location was close to everything and within minutes of our activities. The townhome was beautiful with everything we needed. A delightful respite at the end of the busy day. The club facilities enabled us to cool off from the heat wave during our stay. Would rent this place again and any other properties our host offers. Beautiful spot.

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway

We had nine ladies stay here for my bachelorette weekend and it was truly an amazing experience. Corrin was very responsive to my questions ahead of time and while we were at the house. There was plenty of parking and we were close enough to downtown Saratoga to take a short Uber or Lyft ride whenever we wanted to go into town. The house is so close to Saratoga Lake as well, which was great. We did a private tiki bar on the lake with karaoke and it was a blast! The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well decorated. There was a crazy heat wave while we were there, so we didn't use many of the extra amenities, like the tennis courts, but we had a great time just hanging out at the house. The backyard was very nice and private and we enjoyed eating our lunches out there with two little bunnies who would visit every day. Corrin left very easy to follow instructions for checkout procedures, but we were sad to leave! We would definitely stay at one of Corrin's properties again and will recommend her Saratoga townhome to others!
