« Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. « We were visiting our daughter who attends UC Santa Cruz and wanted a place not too far from campus. This property was perfect! It was just 20 minutes from the college and wow is it gorgeous! « L'hôtel est magnifique, il est neuf. Tout est très propre. La literie sublime avec un matelas à mémoire de forme et en 2 m de largeur. L'appartement est grand, dressing, lave linge et sèche linge de grande taille et neufs. La perfection va même jusqu'au modulateur de lumière. Sur le toit vous trouverez une piscine assez grande mais d'une profondeur de 3 pieds uniquement, bien pour les enfants. Une salle de sport très bien équipée et assez grande. Et surtout d'un jacuzzi et de grands BBQ à gaz....
