Older Unit with good location
The interior of this older unit was as pictured & described. It’s older and no-frills but reasonably priced and in a good location. I will note that the tennis/Pickleball court did not have nets. There is a Publix within walking distance. He did have beach chairs & towels for guests.

An Enchanting Stay Near Siesta Key Beach: Cozy Apartment, Excellent Host
Our experience at Denny's property, located just minutes away from Siesta Key beach, was truly delightful. The apartment provided a cozy atmosphere and had all the amenities necessary for our one-week stay. Whenever we reached out to Denny, he responded promptly and offered valuable assistance. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

Very convenient location! Publix store across the property. very clean! fully stocked kitchen. New appliances. Very quiet area. Close to the ocean. 7 min drive to siesta beach. The condo provided beach chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this condo! Cannot wait to come back!

There were dead bugs on floor, bedroom lamp and tv Weren’t working, entrance was always wet .
Expected to be in a place at least as nice as our home! Sparsely furnished ( from the 70’s) and dangerous for seniors.. dishwasher door fell open, no space to get around dresser to bed. Very disappointing!

Great Place
The use of facilities is limited and the unit is close to a busy street but it is nice and clean and felt very safe. I would like to see a few more amenities like dvds, games, books, and some additional cooking spices, oils etc. Overall nice place.

This was very clean, but we had to buy soap and a hair dryer. Ventilation in the bedroom was poor—could have used a ceiling fan.

Nice location. Short drive to beach. Condo needs update. Furniture and kitchen worn. Washer did not work.

Accommodations and condo complex were very nice, pool was convenient and very comfortable. Close to beach, activities and shopping and I-75. Would stay again when I return to Sarasota

Spacious and very clean. Neighborhood is not beautiful but it's conveniently located and the owner was very responsive. Two thumbs up!
