A private screened lanai overlooking canal to Sarasota Bay. This is located in a super cute, quaint resort w/ other units.

The Space:
Just half a mile to the Siesta Key beach access, this “Beach House” is the perfect spot to get away from reality and live island style at our “Solitude Suites on Siesta Key” Resort.
Community amenities include Tiki huts, boat dock, wood deck, ping pong table, bbq grills, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a heated pool.

Guest Access:
Get away from it all at Solitude Suites on Siesta Key. Take a dip in the pool, have lunch under a Tiki Hut, catch some rays on the wood deck, fish from our boat dock, take out a complimentary kayak or stand up paddle board!
Shared Pool w/ waterfall & large swim shelf.
Shared Boat dock with complimentary kayaks & SUPs. 4 of each. Available on a first come, first served basis. Paddles & Life jackets are also provided.
Shared Coin operated laundry onsite.
Free parking. 1 space per unit.
Free WiFi. Login details are available once you’re booked. Unsecured, shared network.
Cable (and smart) TV in your unit.
Foldable Beach chairs available for you to take to the beach. Pick up & return to near the parking area.
Beach towels are provided in your unit, as well as a small cooler and Bluetooth speaker. Please leave these inside your unit upon departure or a $100 fee will be charged. Guest ID is required for a reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to the award winning beach on Siesta Key, as well as shops, tiki bar, restaurants, marina & more. Approx 10-15 min walk. Public Beach Access #12 is just half a mile away.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, free taxi, free trolley (download Siesta Key Breeze app, the trolley stop is outside our parking area), Uber, Lyft or drive your own vehicle. Look up: Jonny’s free rides, Frog Hop, Two Tides, and more!

Other Things to Note:
Stairs onsite.
1 parking space - open parking.
Cameras onsite. Cleaners, pool and general maintenance workers are onsite, not inside your unit, but may be in the grounds at the resort, as needed.
This unit is not directly on the beach. It is not beach front. It is half a mile to the closest public beach access. It is waterfront and offers a shared dock.
$500 fine for bringing any pets onsite, or smoking inside the suite.
General maintenance, pool maintenance, landscapers and cleaning crew are onsite periodically.
ID is required to be given to the host prior to check in.

Interaction with Guests:
Available by phone/text as needed. No interaction is needed, unless desired.
All guest’s names are required to be pre-registered before your arrival. Guest ID is required for a reservation. Host will respond within 24 hours. Thank you
