WoW- quelle arrivée !
L’accueil était fantastique! L’employé nous a donné des renseignements, il était très sympathique et souriant avec tout le monde. WOW!!!! Le reste aussi est très bien, location (près de l’eau, plein de restaurants,). Le déjeuner est complet et à beaucoup d’options santé (yogourt, belles bananes, bleuets frais, gruau, variété de sortes de pain…)

Hotel room was clean. It is close to a lot of hicking trials which was the goal of our visit. Nothing to complaint about this hotel.

Bien situé, abordable et propre.
Positif : À deux pas du village de Saranac Lake et de ses activités. À améliorer : Il y avait une drôle d'odeur persistante dans le corridor du deuxième étage. Comme une vieille odeur d'ancienne chambre fumeur qui ne réussi pas à s'effacer complètement.

Lake Placid
Arrêt d’une nuit pour visiter Lake Placid. Bon accueil.hotel spacieux.grande chambre avec mini frigo et micro.onde . Manque un peu de clarté dans les’ chambres (apres il a plu toute le journee) piscine bien agréable. A côté avé ça l’an carte de la chambre on bénéficie de réduction pour manger au petit restaurant. Les petits déjeuners sont très très copieux et pas chers.

en voyage pour faire une randonnée d'environ 50km, on a pris un hotel pour encadrer la randonnée, emplacement parfait au coeur des adirondacks, hotel simple et propre, acces quasi direct a la chambre, rien a redire

Incredibly disappointing and frustrating when you are forced to take a shower in luke warm water. Front desk attendant said it was because everyone was taking a shower at the same time. Not true because it was 10 am. Most patrons were already out the door by 9. Lame excuse. I would not stay at this property again.

We are very sorry about that Edward. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the hot water yesterday. Volume was a factor for sure, but it is being addressed.

This place is well worth the money. I stayed with clients while running a bird photography tour. We leave early in the morning and wanted a place to eat and convene to go over the days shooting. They serve a nice breakfast that starts at 6:30 with plenty of options. The coffee was great and it really helps fuel up for a long day in the field in the snow and cold. The hotel is basic but clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It is well worth the money and I consider it a great value. My clients felt the same. They even use pet friendly salt and as a dog owner and lover I really appreciate that.

Weekend Stay
Husband and I had a very pleasant stay on our impromptu weekend getaway. We were happy with our king room with a small sofa, desk, microwave and refrigerator and a real keurig coffe maker. Breakfast was nice each morning with different foods each day. Everthing was clean--the lobby, pool area, hallways and room, and smelled nice. Only two small complaints, the pool was very cold, so we only went in once, and the mattress in our room wasn't the most comfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.
