Fairway Forest Resort is located in the southernmost part of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains and less than one mile from the Sapphire Valley Ski Area. It offers easy access to hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, swimming and innumerable water sports. Spend a day hiking a nearby trail or relaxing by the pool, and then enjoy the spacious accommodations, which feature well-appointed kitchens and full bathrooms. With spacious living areas, a picturesque location and year-round on-site fun, Fairway Forest Resort truly is paradise in the mountains.

Approximately 702 square feet, this 1 Bedroom Deluxe features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa within the living room with a full kitchen, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:

A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $21.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $21.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee* includes Wi-Fi, fitness center access, pool access, self-parking, game room access, sauna access, hot tubs access, mini-golf access, gem mining access, tennis court access, basketball court access, playground access, private lake access (seasonal) and pickle ball access. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. The Front Desk and check-in area is located about 1.7 miles off-site at 3077 U.S. Highway 64 East, Suite A, Sapphire, North Carolina. The office is in a two-story, dark salmon building with beige doors on the north side of the road. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Fairway Forest Resort is Asheville Regional Airport which is 45 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

No Smoking. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
