Our electricity was not working — property management didn’t send maintenance to our room when electricity was out for 18 hours ( no air conditioning, no refrigerator box hot shower no cell phone charger—-). We were told all the area power was out— so I walked out to check for myself— in fact, all the power was fine except our room... Finally- I think property management must get commission if they book reservations for certain restaurants- we specifically requested Dimitri’s. Property management told me they were totally booked. I suspected this was false, the property management wasn’t being honest so I called myself— there were several tables available.
