En première lieu j'ai eu le service de femme de ménage seulement 2 fois sur une période de 15 jours. Deuxièmement l'eau s'est arrêté a chaque seconde en fesant La vaisselle, pendant que suis sous la douche ou en me brossant les dents et aussi a la toilette pendant que ... Quoique j'ai parlé a ce propos au responsable rien n'a été fait cause j'ai confronté ce problème pendant les 15 jours

Au cours du mois de décembre, la résidence hôtelière a été entièrement réservée et nous n’avons reçu aucune plainte de la part d’un client. Si vous aviez signalé votre situation à l'administration, ne répétez certainement pas la deuxième fois car nous écoutons nos clients avec attention et agissons immédiatement.

Hotel que je deconseille a tous
Jai payer pour une nuit et le petit dejeuné. Or il n'y a pas eu de petit dejeuné (a moins de payer 50 dollars), de puis on a essayer de nous faire repayer la chambre en disant que le payement n'etais pas passer, puis en inventant une "taxes". Je n'avais pas de lumiere dans ma chambre. Le manager est tres intrusif, il s'invite en permanance dans la chambres, quelques soit nos dires. Des gens sont resident a l'année dans cette hotel, donc avec enfants, un bruit permanant. Je le deconseil fortement, de puis il n'est pas indiquer de l'exterrieure que c'est un hotel.

We are sorry, you showed up out of check in time policy. As you may remember the apartment hotel check in time is from 6:00AM to midnight same day. Late check in time has to be informed before 10:30PM same day.

Really bad Air-condition not working properly. They ask me to pay $25 extra just because Expedia gave me a discount according to them. It look like they are stealing people money.

Thank you for your point of view, naturally, cheap and picky guests usually hunts for low-priced accommodation tend to complain of everything and usually demand a five star service.

If you just need something cheap for a night it’s ok. We had a 4am flight so we just came for a few hours as we weren’t staying in Santo Domingo for the duration of the trip and wanted something close to the airport due to the early flight. No shampoo or shower gel. Tons of mosquitos, and very uncomfortable bed. The guy at the reception was very kind and nice.

Thank you for your stay - As you mentioned cheap night and still wanted free shampoo and and shower gel! We apply pet control every other week throughout the entire premises.

Solamente habia realizado el pago basico en la mega-oferta de esa reservacion. Los impuestos y taza de servicio se pagaban al realizar la entrada. Cuando encuetre oferta muy por debajo de su precio - use el sentido comun y confirmelo con el hotel antes de realizar reservas.

The owner is a thief. I had to pay $35 a day extra for AC and $15 a day extra for internet and I had to pay that before I check in… and to top it off I deposited $40 for a gate key which was supposed to be refunded when I returned the keys but he did not give me the refund. The AC was only at night. The owner stated that if I need AC during the day that’s and extra $15 a day. The internet was not working for over a week but he did not refund any money. That man is a crook . I don’t think anyone should fall into a trap like that. I had to go with what he said cause we had nowhere else to go. That hotel is a very bad place to be….No security it’s just terrible

Since your reservation was below its original price and you demanded premium service you paid 35 for the whole stay and there is NO FEE at all for Wi-Fi, deposit for parking gate remote control is 20 and that is refunded upon returning the device, you tried to use the all hotel services for free and enjoy the reservation and then get refunded by then so who is the crook? This is not your first coming to this hotel, you are used to do that so kindly stop booking our hotel.

I was treated horribly after my flight arrived at 3am and was told he wasn't supposed to be handling clients at that time. I was told to leave premises since I didn't want to pay $80 to check in 4 hours early. I was also not refunded my week stay, not did expedia back me. Horrible experience. It's not even located where it says.

Thank you for your opinion. Our property is a self-catering aparthotel and that is why cleaning fee is not charged - we provide cleaning supplies such as broom, mop and small buket to every unit and if a guest requests a cleaning he or she has to be in the unit with the housekeeper.

Durmio tan malo que se paso de la hora de salida, que pena nos da con clientes que siempre buscan la 5ta pata al gato y nunca la encuentran ---- son personas que se quejan hasta de su propia sombra - nunca están satisfecho.

Not very comfortable for families.
Can't adjust the A/C past a predetermined temperature or else it would supposedly break according to the manager, which was insufficient to keep the room cool enough. Also no blankets or comforters on beds. One towel in room for 3 people. Room not cleaned at all during stay. One set of eating utensils for 3 people. Property extremely slow at responding to messages despite suggesting is the fastest way to communicate. Will say the property itself is very secure despite being in a sketchy area.

Why not speaking about the photocopies made on request and unnecesary locking the bathroom door and why you requested more blankets if the ac was not cooling properly - a brand new unit - only one blanket is given per couple - you were requesting too much for a twenty-five dollar night accommodation - your opinion is unfair and unwelcome.

Antes de reservar por Expedia llamen a el hotel por q el señor dice q esas reservas por Expedía ya no sirven q son muy baratas, dice q si uno va a el hotel directamente tiene más beneficios pero cobran mas, pague con el 60 por una noche y me incluia el aire y me lo dejo por 24 horas y luego pague 78 con Expedía por 2 noche y le pague 10 dólares aparte por el aire por una noche y me la quito al otro día a las 8 de la mañana, ósea q el negocio para el es en el hotel, es muy mal lo q el está haciendo por q si lo veo bien a un pagando las 2 noches de aire me salía mejor con Expedía q con el, por favor seamos mejores anfitriones...... aaaaa el señor en 2 oportunidades me llamo un taxi para q me ayudaran a darle batería a el carro, y al principio fue muy amable, ya después se notaba q se molestaba aaaa y no siempre tienes todo en la habitación tienes q buscarlos para pedir algo y pasas bastante tiempo en eso, pero el lugar con aire es bueno la verdad 👍

Porque razón es su opinion anónima? Con la esperanza de hosperdarse de nuevo con nosotros? Su opinion contiene mas del 60% de mentiras. Claro que si cuando un huesped necesita nuestra asistencia, le ayudamos al igual nuestro apartatotel es muy bueno con aire acondicionado 24horas pero lamentablemente tenemos que pagar la factura eléctrica mes por mes la cual es muy cara además de tener planta eléctrica de emergencia. Ofrecemos las tarifas mas baratas por noche, semanal y mensual en el mercado de Santo Domingo barata con servicio de aire acondicionado 8pm a 8am - OPCIONAL , si el huesped desea el servicio de aire acondicionado 24horas hay un cargo adicional de USD$10/dia. Esa politica esta publicada en todas las paginas de reservas.

No se quien escribe. Porque escribe anonimo? Debió haber leido las politicas de reservas antes de realizar su reserva. De seguro que reservó la unidad mas pequeña y economica con su segunda intención para reclamar una unidad mas grande con servicios premium. RECUERDE, usted siempre recibe por lo que pagas.
