This is very outdated. I would not stay here as a single woman. Thank goodness i was with 4 other people. The halls are dark and outdated which reminded me of "the shining". I was scared an apparition was going to show up. There was an abandoned sauna and jacuzzi room with no working lights. Then we went to check out the pool. It was Green. The room was a good size, however, the blankets had holes in them. The chair in the room also had the yellow stuffing coming out of its seams. Im happy we only stayed for 1 night because we didn't want to be too far from the airport. The staff was nice but there was only 2 working staff members per shift who also worked in the restaurant so the front desk was often without staff. This place is fine for a cheap night if all else isn't available. It has a lot of potential to be a decent hotel but its not very well taken care of.

This time I didn’t like how I payed for two nights and me and my son got drunk. And he stayed in my car drunk. And the security guard said he was going to shot my son because he was robbing my car. They also locked him up. The room wasn’t clean no hot water. The reg. Smell nasty and it smell like cigarettes. The only good thing was the AC .

We are very sorry for the misunderstanding that occurred on this occasion during your stay. The situation presented in the parking lot with his son, even without knowing that he was staying, tried to solve in the most peaceful way possible trying to protect the integrity of all the vehicles that are under our supervision as we have always done, we clarify that our security is not in demand and that given the uncontrollable aggressiveness of the young man until that unknown moment, the police authorities were informed to avoid damage to the property of other guests. 4 stars out of ten
All I have to say about this places the front desk is very friendly. But this place needs some serious shampooing of the rugs and cleanest they have to do a better job.. if you just passing through and you have no other place to go I guess you could give it a try. I would not recommend this place to anyone thinking of going with kids no no no no.

This is my third time staying here and it always gets better. I love the breakfast and the restaraunt theirs also a club.Location is close to everywhere we needed to be.

The hotel was clean. There is parking garage to park which is outstanding. Security is there round the clock. Inside check in was smooth and quick. room was nice. Only issue I had was the hand held shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower plus when I was checking out I was called back about two missing towels. I told the front desk I had four towels when I arrived and turned them in only to get two towels back. The maids need to keep count on towels because if I had left they would have charged me for the towels when it was the maids fault. My only two gripes still doesn't take away from the hotel. I would stay here again. Also, the music is bumping until 6 in the morning. It didn't bother me though.

Hotel was bad and is getting worse. Has not been updated and everything is getting old and out of service. We had to change rooms three time, just to be able to get hot water in the shower.

I had a great time. Especially in the Casino. The receptionist were very friendly and they spoke English. Everything was ok except for the environment. Scary. I stayed in the Hotel except to walk across the street to get some food. One thing. The Restaurant doesn't stay open long enough

It was a nice stay . The hotel staffs are very friendly even though they don’t speak English. And the hotel is very safe because of the security system that putting in place .

i had a great time again. there is so much to do at the hotel. The Casino os great. I never leave the hotel except to take my daily walk and I have to be careful. The neighborhood is not that much desirable.AA

unpoco descuidado en algunas areas, nuncca habia cafe en el desayuno el ascensor estubo malo un dia... los pasillos olian fatal, ni hablar de las escaleras de emergencia
