« The place is great. Very secure building. The host representative was amazing. She helped me and responded to my messages rapidly. The noise outside was too much. The neighbors blast their music way in the late hours of night. The music picks back up around 7 am and last hours and hours. Besides the music, it was still a very noisy area. « Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. "L'hôtel en lui même offre beaucoup de chambre agréable. Je conseillers aux procha8ns clients de ne pas prendre les chambre du "coral" qui donnent sur la mer. Malheureusement la manie dominicaine du bruit ( musique à fond pour entrainer la consommation ) et la proximité de bars et restaurants qui n'appartiennent pas au complexe tout inclus de whala boca chica sont tres très bruyants.les cris sur la plage dans la nuit des femmes qui vendent leur corps, les jeunes voyous qui viennent faire du bruit avec leurs motos... La nuit du 19 au 20 mai à 01.30 j'ai ete réveillée par des watts à fond diffusant une musique épouvantablement primitive ... Mon réveil a été brutal et j'ai du supporter cette folie pendant 20 minutes! Quelqu'un a dû réagir car ca n'a pas duré plus de 20 minutes. Déjà la soirée du 18 j'ai mis mes boules kies car jusqu'à plus de minuit le restaurant voisin avait sa musique à fond ... Vraiment la République Dominicaine devrait faire un effort pour éduquer les gens qui ne savent pas respecter les autres... Ce que je reproche aussi à Whala boca chica c'est le peu de variété de nourriture. Le plus de cet hotel : la grande gentillesse des employés qui relèvent le niveau de ceux qui pourrissent la vie des autres avec leur manque de mesure dans les decibels. Dommage que pour un tel panorama et les vastes chambres l'entourage détruise ce qui serait tres agréable. C'est ma première experience du tout inclus.. pas très réjouissante"
