« This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym. »

« This was a fine place to stay, the security was fantastic, friendly and helpful. the place was clean. Lacking in a few kitchen items. Interesting that for the water to work, we sometimes would need to turn on the faucet and let the water be on for 5-10 min before any water would come out. (we had to reach out to the land lord to figure this out). We loved the view and would stay again if needed »

« This house was stylish and clean. The Location is perfect literally 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Airport Las Americas. The house had everything I needed . Comfortable bed and the place is safe. I highly recommend this house to others. »

« The apartment only had 1 AC unit which was controlled by WIFI. It was set at 68 degrees and that was very uncomfortable. It was way too warm. I feel the price was too high and the apartment was too small for what we paid. Also the parking spot was too small and it was a nightmare to try and park there. »

« It’s a very nice and quiet place, my only problem after my second day there was no water , I have to buy gallons of water to use the bathroom and I had to take shower at my friend house . I think if they fix that issue, you won’t have any problems with this place . »

« I really didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded my expectation. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, relaxing, where you can decompress. The view is amazing you feel as if you were on top of the river. The technology inside was incredible has everything you needed. I plan to return to this wonderful peaceful place. « We enjoyed our stay and were taken care of with each request. Chalton and the Tropicasa team were awesome and made us feel at home. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and the local shops and supermarkets. It is a great place for families and to relax. »
