« I stayed at this property last year, and I can say that the staff has worked very hard to improve their guest experience. For instance, they are now using solar energy, so guests are not affected by the power glitches and outages common in Santo Domingo. The day I left, they had just finished doing cosmetic work along the hallway walls, given it a more fresh contemporary look. Congratulations to such a dedicated staff! »

« It was a pleasure to stay in this renovated apartment with a new design, now better calibrated to receive people in groups of 2-5, or even families, with a quiet atmosphere, close to all the amenities of the colonial area. Communication with the innovative walkie-talkie reception remains pleasant and the staff are always available. »

« The palce is in a good location. However, they do not have alternative source of power. So, if you consider renting be sure to carry a torch o a lamp in case there is power failure. Also, be prepared because you may not be given the apartment you chose or paid for. This has happened to me twice. Also, although there is a gas cooker in the kitchenet it has no gas cylinder. So, do not expect to cook warm or even boil anything there as there is also no microwave I think they can do better. »

« Pictures of Paseo Colonial and the room I stayed are inaccurate and misleading. The pictures on the website must have been from a time when the aparthotel was inaugurated. The air-conditioning consoles were full of dust and the room smelled like mildew. The sofa and chairs were stained beyond belief, The bathroom needed cleaning and the living room tile were porous making them stained beyond what is aceptable. There were lots of mosquitos in the hotel. The room I was in faced the street and the...

« I work remotely, so this is my ideal place because it is quiet and has a good high-speed Internet connection. »
