« The property is a home away from home! It has everything you need. It was nice to sit around a fire at night and just have conversation with the family! Bruno, Charley and Flora were all great! They helped organize transportation, start fires and make meals if desired. Always in communication made our stay stress free. « Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. « The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful.
