« Rosa was a great host. She responded to our questions promptly. We needed to stay an extra day (10 total) and she was accommodating. The house is older, but well maintained. There is a grocery store around the corner and the main plaza is an easy 12-15 minute walk away, where there are many good restaurants. »

« Good and bad things:Bad: - Smell of mold in the apartment - Sofa bed is really small, meant for a small child. They also did not have bed sheets for the sofa bed even though we made it clear we would be using it - I booked because of the pool and gym. You have to book and was never able to use it during our 4 night stay- only provided 2 towels for 4 days and 1 roll of toilet paper- neighbor upstairs played music super loud until early in the morning, 3 am, I had to get up and tell security...

« The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« Not sure what to say, it was so awesome!! Beautiful property!. Very relaxing! Requested arrangements for dining, entertainment, and transportation available. Hot tub was amazing after hiking and a day at Machu Picchu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best week ever! »
