Located in Santiago del Teide, just a few minutes from the beautiful Playa de la Arena beach, it has a cosy terrace equipped with a table and four chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a sunset dinner.

The property has a practical layout, starting with a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living room, spacious and bright, has a sofa bed and 42" Smart TV, and from here there is access to the terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a 30" Smart TV and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a ceiling fan. It also has a full bathroom and access to a communal swimming pool, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Located in Santiago del Teide, in Playa de la Arena, this property is perfectly connected by road to the main tourist and natural attractions of Tenerife. With all essential services within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and petrol stations, its location is unbeatable. Just a few minutes drive away, you can visit the Teide National Park and its Visitor Centre, don't miss the fascinating explanatory video. For nature lovers, you can go down the Masca ravine and return by boat or kayak to observe the impressive Los Gigantes Cliffs. You can also go scuba diving or snorkelling at Puertito de Armeñime, where you will have the chance to see sea turtles. If you like hiking, the forests of Anaga and Teno offer routes for all levels. You can also enjoy leisure parks such as Siam Park and Loro Parque, or simply get a tan on the beaches in the south, such as El Médano, La Tejita, Playa del Duque or Playa de las Vistas (Los Cristianos), where the sun shines almost all year round.
