Margo is the actual person at the apartment for day-to-day needs. She only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate we had no issues and she met all our needs for towels. Just a walk to other shopping. Very quick responses when we had any questions. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps! We would definitely stay here again! »
