« We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was. »

« Be aware that there was a gas leak in this property during our stay, and it was overall very hazardous for us. The property itself is accurate apart from this. However, we struggled as there was no heating in the property and it got very cold at night. We were also charged an additional price for having extra guests, despite having access to the entire apartment since the beginning. »

« This is a bait and switch. We booked and paid for this location. It said “entire rental property in Cusco” the host said they would arrange a taxi to take us to the rental. They took us to a whole different place. A two room that was not near as nice. When contacted, the host told us they decided this was a better fit for us.
