Riads à Santeo

« Everything was good. »

« The staff were nice. Directions to the place are misleading and we got lost trying to find it. It is not 11 mins from the airport. Try 30 mins. The road in and out is very rough. It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second...

« The hotel is different from what they posted online. Bad location, bad structure, poor management and unsafe facility »

« The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again »

« The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again. »

« Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice. »

« Our second stay at AH hotel and we would recommend. Staff go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. Laundry service efficient, breakfast buffet with plenty of options and cleanliness is 10/10. »

« If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona! »

« A great place to stay for work at the University of Ghana. Very tastefully decorated and with friendly personnel always ready to help. »

« La route est tres mauvaise, et aussi le lit fait trop de bruit. Trop loin de l'aéroport. »
