Super séjour
1 superbe emaine entre amis. La villa est parfaite pour 14 personnes. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le proprietaire qui vit au dessus est extremement gentil et se fait tres discrêt. Le jardin est magnifique et le coin piscine parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Détente devant la mer ionienne
Maison extrêmement agréable, avec un panorama magnifique sur la mer et la Calabre au loin. Située à 15-20 mn du site extraordinaire de Taormina, l’endroit est pratique pour visiter tout l’Est de la Sicile et les îles éoliennes, mais aussi se détendre et profiter de la piscine. Merci a Natale pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, ses conseils de visite et sa discrétion.

magnifique
je vais commencer par le seul petit inconvénient: trouver la villa le premier jour c'est difficile.Pour se repèrer 500 m au dessus de la poste et à coté de la villa Infinitif. Pour le reste tout est parfait ,nos étions 8 : 3 couples et 2 celibataires ,nous avons tous pu trouver notre place dans cette magnifique villa : 5 grandes chambres climatisées, belles terrasses autour de la villa ,piscine impeccable et que dire du jardin exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 15 jours particuliérement agréables grâce à Natale il habite au dessus mais ce n'est vraiement pas un inconvénient bien au contraire nous avons fait la fête très tard pas de probléme dit-il . Il est à la fois discret et présent quand il le faut. Merci à toi Natale pour ta gentillesse un grand bravo de toute l'équipe qui se joint à moi pour te féliciter car sans toi la villa ne serait pas la même. jean-paul

Super sejour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Villa Margherita . La maison est très spacieuse avec de beaux espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus. En hauteur avec une vue imprenable sur la mer ,la villa est bien située à 20 minutes de Taormina et 1h de Catane . Son emplacement nous a permis de rayonner sur la façade Est de la Sicile facilement avec maximum 2h de voiture. Notre hôte a toujours su se montrer très discret même s’il est présent sur place et il a toujours été de bon conseil sur les visites à organiser et les bonnes tables locales . La maison est très bien équipée et les cuisiniers n’ont pas manqué d’ustensiles en tout genre 😀 Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Un petit coin de Paradis
Super accueil. Natale est très gentil, très serviable et très discret. La villa, le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus... Les chambres sont spacieuses, la villa est bien équipée, l'accès à la mer est rapide (5 minutes en voiture), les supermarchés aussi... La vue de la villa est magnifique... Nous avons fait la connaissance du propriétaire Giorgio... très sympathique... Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Séjour idyllique entre bons amis dans un environnement magnifique
Nous avons passé la semaine de Pâques à la Villa Margherita entre amis. Nous étions 14 dans cette grande maison bien équipée et bien conçue sans nous marcher sur les pieds. Le jardin est extraordinaire et la vue époustouflante sur la grande bleue. Mais je réserve le meilleur pour la fin : "Natale les bons plans" notre hôte très chaleureux et accueillant. Très bonne appréciation.
Une maison sur les hauteurs de Santa Térésa di riva avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Villa très spacieuse et très lumineuse, très bien équipée, avec un jardin magnifique. Et surtout des propriétaires, Piera et Natale, adorables par leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Eine tolle Zeit
Wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der gemütlichen, geräumigen und in einem gepflegten Garten gelegenen Villa Magherita. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Der im Haus wohnende Verwalter war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Family reunion
Villa Margherita is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Spacious and light with plenty of seating areas depending on the time of day or night. A beautifully kept house garden and pool. We are 6 adults and all had ensuite bathrooms. Having a car was necessary as the house is up a steep hill from the sea. Quiet and private with a wonderful view - we loved it.

Beautiful property
My family (7 adults and 7 kids ages 3-8) spent 12 days at this property and had amazing time! Villa and surroundings are absolutely stunning and so well taken care of. Rooms were clean, spacious, each with its own bathroom and with AC and in great condition. Kitchen was well equipped and you could cook and feed the large crowd. Villa has very nice outdoor dining space. There is also area to relax with the view of the sea. We had exclusive access to pool, what was great for the kids or if you wanted to take a break from driving. Villa is located up on a hill in a small village 10 min drive from a pebble beach, stores and restaurants. There is pizzeria just few minutes away from the villa, their arancini and pizza are amazing! Villa is very conveniently located if you want to check out East and North parts of Sicily, including Taormina, Catania, Messina and Etna. Giorgio lives on the top floor and is always there if you need help or recommendation. He is the nicest and most helpful person. We had amazing time staying in S Teresa di Riva. Giorgio, thank you for your hospitality!

Magical Month
My husband along with family and friends stayed at Villa Margherita for the past month and had an incredible time. The villa is so comfortable and the landscaping and views absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I woke up in paradise everyday! The villa is well equipped and has everything you need and then some to have a wonderful vacation! Natale, who lived upstairs, has become our Italian papa! He was so helpful and available whenever we needed anything but was never intrusive! The first day he came and met us to help us find our way to the Villa (we were lost) and afterwards took us to the food store so we could get familiar with the area. He made wonderful recommendations for area restaurants and even made reservations for us to an incredible restaurant in Forza D'Agro (twice)! Natale will forever be part of our amazing memories from our trip! I hope to be back next year!

Amazing trip!!
We had the most wonderful time is Sicily and a good reason was because of Natale and his beautiful VRBO rental. The property was gorgeous with amazing views and the host could not have been nicer. Getting there: If I had anything bad to say, this would be the only thing....it is not easy finding the property initially. We made several mistakes before finally getting there. The only way we could find it was by putting the following exact info into google- Villa Margherita, contrada ligoria, santa teresa di riva. Once we found the property, the rest of trip was perfect! The property: Absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the local groves and the water in the distance. Large rooms with plenty of sleeping space for our 10 people. Very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need and two barbecues. Beautiful pool and waterfall (unfortunately weather wasn't cooperative, and we didn't swim because the water didn't heat up enough, but we did suntan on the sunny days). The owner: Natale was a joy. He lives on the top floor and was always available for any issue. He ordered food for us one night and ran down when we had difficulty with one of the air conditioner units. One day he went out for a while and when he returned, he bought us local cherries to try....just because he felt like it. He also helped us deciding where we should visit in our limited days on the island. In short, all 10 of us highly recommend the property if you want to have a great time in Sicily!

Outstanding!!!
Villa Margherita is an absolutely beautiful place, both the property itself and the location. It was spotlessly clean and had so much room that we (6 of us) kept losing each other inside the house! The villa had an extremely well-stocked kitchen, which was an extra bonus because we were a group who all enjoy cooking. In fact, we dined out less than we normally would because it was more fun to stay in to cook, drink wine, and swim. The pool was wonderful and got plenty of use from us. It was perfect for starting and ending each day, and all the better because we didn't have to share it with other people. Our host, Natale, lived upstairs on the top floor. He was very kind and helpful to us, but didn't intrude. It was reassuring to know that if we had any problems (we didn't), someone was there to help. It's highly recommended to have a car if you're staying at Villa Margherita. It's only a couple of kilometres from Santa Teresa di Riva, but it's uphill all the way and that's exhausting if you do it every day, especially if you're carrying shopping bags. We walked down several times for the exercise, but it was nice to know we had a car to get to other places we wanted to visit. Villa Margherita is perfectly located for visiting nearby Savoca, which is where The Godfather was filmed. It's also a good base for hiking and cycling. We were all very sorry to leave and would happily return for another visit in the future. Thank you, Natale.

Beautiful house, garden and view
We were 3 families with kids between 6-12, and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful garden, perfect pool and amazing view. The landlord, who lives on the top floor, was very helpful and kind. Can highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus in Santa Teresa di Riva. Das Haus ist perfekt für größere Gruppen. In der untersten Etage liegen 4 Schlafräume, in der oberen ein Schlafraum sowie ein großer Wohnraum mit offener Küche. Ganz oben wohnt Giorgio. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig unauffällig, so dass wir uns nie gestört oder beobachtet gefühlt haben. Der Pool und der wunderschön gepflegte Garten sind groß und gerade für Kinder perfekt zum spielen. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter rundum empfehlen!

A Treasure Once it is Found
Unless you speak Italian and can arrange for the concierge to meet and bring you up the mountain to the Villa, it is next to impossible to find it. Contrada Ligoria is a community rather than a street. Once there, we loved it! We were four couples from Montreal, Canada. We were dazzled by the views, gardens, terraces, pool and the villa itself. But most of all, by the wonderful couple on the top floor who welcomed us like family! One night, they arranged an enjoyable evening with Nanni, a local chef, who cooked us a fabulous Sicilian/fusion meal! He also regaled us with many stories which made it an evening to remember! A (small) car and nerves of steel are a necessity to get anywhere!

Grazie Piera e Natale per aver condiviso un angolo del vostro paridiso con la nostra famiglia. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is super equipped and includes a mixer and blender. The garden is beautiful and immaculately kept. We thouroughly enjoyed the pool. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The village and the beach are just a few minutes away. Lovely relaxing stay and friendly host
We spend a week at this property, a family of six adults and four children. The property is wonderfully spaceous and well-equipped. Great for cooking large family meals that can be enjoyed at the wonderful terrace. Several outdoor cooking opportunities to choose from. There were lots of nice places to relax both outdoors and indoors and we never felt crowded. Lovely ocean view and cooling seabreeze. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults gratly appreciated the flowering garden. Friendly and helpful host attended to our every need. Great surrounding area with a pittoresk village, lovely endless beach and short drives to interesting sites like Etna, Taormina, Castelmola and Savoca.

This is a wonderful villa for large groups. 5 Bedrooms , all air conditioned.Well outfitted kitchen, great ocean views. Lots of pool lounge chairs . Very quiet and private . Caretaker is owners relative ,lives on premises so he quickly manages any problems .. Highly recommend this property !!

Vi var tre biler som hver især havde meget besvær med at finde boligen efter den adresse vi havde adgang til. Der findes ikke en nøjagtig adresse som GPS-er kan finde frem til. Endvidere er huset på hjemmesiden betegnet som Villa Daisy, men det skilt, lettere skjult, som viser til huset er på Italiensk, altså Villa Margherita.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem sehr gutem Domizil mit einem prächigen Garten!
Das Domizil war für unsere Familie maßgeschneiderter. Alles stimmte. Der großzügige Garten blühte in einer außergewöhnlichen Pracht. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch den warmen pool. Der grandiose freie Blick aufs Meer war einfach toll.

Lovely property with excellent views of the sea of Calabria
11 of us stayed at this villa. The property is huge and had enough space for everyone. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts who were very lovely. They were always at hand for advice and ideas of what to see. We had a wonderful stay here. The house and grounds are immaculate.

We struck gold!
An absolute stunning villa with the nicest “landlords” ever! Helpful in any way possible, always ready to fix or advise or just be around when you need them. The villa itself is absolutely great. Big comfortable rooms, each one with a shower equipped bathroom. Terraces everywhere, a stunning view over the sea, a beautiful kept garden, a kitchen that’s got everything you need and two barbecue spaces. And finally - a pool area complete with resting chairs and an outside shower. We’ve been 8 adults, 4 kids and a dog here and not one single moment have we felt crowded! Can absolutely recommend it. Any day of the week. BUT - you need a car.

We had a really pleasant staying in Natale’s and Pieruchas house. They are really kind persons. We could come to them for any questions. They had really nice recommendations for restaurants or places worth to visit. The house is a dream. It looks exactly as in the pictures. And it is really well equipped. The view is incredible. The garden is very tidy and the water of the pool was always clean. There is really nothing bad to say. We had such a good time there. We also think about coming next year.

Beautiful villa with panoramic ocean view, nice garden and pool area.
We had two wonderful weeks in your villa with panoramic view of the sea and Calabria. We were 6 children and 4 adults with plenty of space in the sleeping quarters and in the outside kithchen area. We all enjoyed playing in the pool area and in the nearby ocean. The garden was also very nice with ripe lemons to pick. We were warmly greeted and very well taken care of by the hosting couple. We can certainly recommend spending your vacation in this property.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa S.Teresa di Riva verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 2 Familien. Das Haus verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit traumhaftem Blick über die Strasse von Messina. Die offene Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so gut hatten wir das noch nie in Italien! Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit Salzwasserpool ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Das Vermieterehepaar ist vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!
