Hôte aux petits soins, vue imprenable et tranquilité
Nous avons passé une formidable semaine avec nos deux enfants, un couple d'amis et leurs deux enfants. Nous avons adoré le positionnement de la maison sur la colline, sa vue sur la mer, sa piscine en contrebas, son jardin méditerranéen avec ses magnifiques rochers et recoins que nos enfants ont transformés en cabanes. Nous avons aimé être isolés au milieu du maquis Sarde tout en étant proche des commerces et des premières plages à 10min de voiture. Nous avons trouvé l'organisation des chambres et des salles de bains optimale pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants). Enfin l'accueil de Juan et Mari a été excellent : entre petites attentions et conseils de visite avisés. Et en cas de besoin, ils sont toujours disponibles car ils vivent à proximité. Bref, c'était de très bonnes vacances comme on les aime !

Amazing !
Une magnifique propriété, confortable, tranquille, spacieuse, joliment décorée dans un cadre magnifique avec un vaste espace extérieur remarquablement entretenu, organisé et fleuri. Des propriétaires aussi souriants qu'aux petits soins, chaleureux et soucieux jusqu'à la fin de la qualité de nos vacances. Merci Juan et Marika, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Un petit paradis dans le maquis sarde
Magnifique propriété avec une vue sur le maquis et la mer à couper le souffle. Idéalement placée pour accéder aux plages de l' Est comme de l'Ouest en fonction du vent. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et ados. Tout le monde était ravi: piscine, grand espace avec plein de petits recoins pour faire la sieste à l'ombre d'un olivier. Les conseils et la bienveillance de Juanito et Mari sont un vrai bonus pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci Juanito d'avoir pris le temps pour nous emmener sur les sentiers en plein maquis pour courir et escalader. Et encore merci pour nous avoir emmener jusqu'à l'agriturismo pour découvrir un vin rouge biologique d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Our Sardinia stay
Myself and my young family had a truly lovely stay at Juan and Mari’s beautiful house The location was was fantastic, like something out of the flinstines or Hanoi,surrounded by huge boulders and open sky. Amazing! It was abut in the fresh side so we did not get. Chance to capitalise on pool but when we did pluck up the courage to swim it was ace A lovely pool in quite corner with lots of sun Lou fees to warmup in after the dip! Juan and Mari were super kind, attentive, and helpful. They made our stay super easy and welcomed us in wonderfully We would love to come again soon. It was a brilliant trip. Thank you!

Das sardische Landhaus ist mit seinem großen Naturgrundstück, der weiten Aussicht auf Landschaft und Meer, seiner ruhigen und ländlichen Lage, dem schönen Pool und als günstiger Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen und Stränden ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen und interessanten Familienurlaub. Der freundliche Vermieter ist unkompliziert, sehr kooperativ, immer erreichbar und hält viele nützliche Informationen bereit. In der kühleren Nebensaison schafft der finnische Kaminofen behagliche Wärme.

Juan and mari have a lovely property. Very helpful. Only downfall is no air con and pool separated from house. A bit over priced in comparison to other villas we stayed in for same price as air con is definitely needed in summer.

Der Haus liegt etwas Außerhalb. Das gewährleistet eine ruhige und natürliche Atmosphäre. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kulisse bittet ein unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Besonders die schöne Terrasse die zu wärmeren Zeiten Schutz gegen die Sonne bietet und Abends die Sterne ausblicken lässt.

Lovely rustic house
We had such a great time at the house. Although it is up in the hills it is so easy to get around to nearby towns. The local village is only 5 mins away by car and has a great little shopping centre and pizzeria. The beaches are to die for. The house was very clean, totally peaceful and looked over the sea. It also had a lovely spotless pool. It is a rustic house and we appreciated the fans Juan provided as it was so hot when we visited. Juan is just the kindest guy and shared so much useful information with us. We are definitely returning.

Abbiamo scoperto una Sardegna diversa in questa bella villa immersa nel verde delle montagne dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana senza necessità di aria condizionata. Casa fresca e piacevole. Molto ben attrezzata la cucina è un soggiorno bello spazioso per qualche momento di tranquillità. Ma il punto forte sono i proprietari. Juan e la moglie Marica. Molto simpatici e attenti alle esigenze di tutti. Ottimi consigli e molto disponibili. Settimana da ricordare con piacere.

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus
Wir hatten das Haus eine Woche gemietet und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und groß genug für 8 Personen. Wir haben immer auf der herrlichen Terrasse gegessen und den naturnahen Garten mit Pool und Felsen sehr genossen.

Amazing house - amazing host
We had a great time at this house. Juan the host is great - he literally tends to your every request including great sightseeing options, amazing restaurant selections - organized taxi with mid day bag drop off, free wine and fruits. The house has everything you need and is very clean and is in a great location. The mountain and sea views are even better than the pictures. I will come back again.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage ist ideal, um die unzähligen schönen Sandstrände im Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Juan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir haben jede Minute am tollen Pool oder mit Meerblick auf der Terrasse sehr genossen!

We were two families with young kids and this property was perfect for us. The only issue was that we didn’t have long enough there. The house is great, the grounds and location amazing but by far the best is the hospitality provided by Juan. We would love to visit again and would highly recommend this property.

Alles, was man sich wünschen kann + mehr!
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und in wunderschöner Lage. Man hat seine Ruhe und viel Platz auf dem Grundstück. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, egal ob Küchenartikel, W Lan, Waschmaschine oder was auch immer. Der Pool ist absolut sauber, und schön groß, man kann hier wirklich ein bisschen schwimmen ohne gleich an den Beckenrand zu stoßen. Das Highlight neben dem ganzen Komfort war der Vermieter Juan. Diskret wie man es sich wünscht, zugleich herzlich, offen, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er versorgte uns mit vielen wirklich umfangreichen und guten Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch schöner und authentischer gemacht haben. Er war stets für uns ansprechbar oder erreichbar, half wo es ging und man kann ihn und seine nicht minder liebe Frau eigentlich nur ins Herz schließen. Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch und English, was ein netter Bonus war. Es war wirklich von A bis Z ein Volltreffer, den wir jedem nur empfehlen können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbares Haus auf tollem Grundstück
Das Haus ist sehr schön, charmant und ruhig gelegen. Der Blick auf Landschaft und Meer ist herrlich, der Pool idyllisch. Daniel ist ein umwerfend netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ausstattung des Hauses (auch W-LAN) und der Küche ist sehr gut, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Could not ask for a better stay
Oh my heavens, this property was more than we could have imagined. Situated in a rustic location at the top of a hill, we had beautiful ocean views, a completely private pool and, effectively, our own private granite mountain. But the house was not even close to the best part. Our hosts, Juan & Mari, were incredible. We had read great things from some of the previous reviews (have a look for yourself below) but were not expecting the level of hospitality they took care of us with. They met our group with homemade Sardinian treats, helped to book us local, hidden gem restaurants, and gave us so many insider tips on where to go, what to see, and when to do it. The absolute "cherry on top" of our fantastic trip to Sardinia was a boat trip around the smaller islands in which Juan not only helped us source a boat, but also drove the boat for the entire day so we could celebrate our holiday. I can't wait to return to this property in the future.

Fantastic Villa Fantastic Host
We had an amazing time in this fantastic place. House was very clean and just as described. Pool was down a short flight of steps. There is masses of space all around the property with a wonderful granite "hill" just behind the property. Views of the sea from the terrace and a short (10-15 mins) drive to the nearest large shop, 5 mins to the local shop. Possibly the best feature was the amazing Juan who essentially made it feel like you were staying a a friends place. We'd love to go back and would certainly recommend visiting this property. Book it before someone else does.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in un luogo immerso nella natura. La casa è deliziosa, e le foto non rendono appieno l'incanto che si vive da lì. Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dal resto del mondo ma allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti da spiagge incantevoli dalle acque cristalline. I padroni di casa ospiti eccezionali, gentili disponibili e generosi nell'accoglienza dei propri "inquilini". Marica ci ha deliziato con le sue seadas e Quanto ci ha accompagnato piacevolmente nel giro in barca delle isole della Maddalena. Assolutamente consigliato!

Perfect stay surrounded by nature
Superb and absolutely quiet place with huge and nicely maintained natural garden with rocks and great sea view, offering absolute privacy. Nice and warm country house without excessive luxury but offering everything that's needed. Juan is an extraordinary supportive owner, staying close in the neighbor house and always ready to provide help and advice that really make a difference. Definitely a place and people I'd once return to stay again.

Fue muy agradable y muy práctica y equipada la casa para 8 personas. Juanito es un excelente anfitrión y estuvo siempre atento a nuestras inquietudes o consultas. Buenas puestas de sol desde la galería!! La piscina estaba impecable, con un buen solarium al lado.

Perfect Stay in Paradise
Let's just start with the property: the pictures don't really do this beautiful villa justice. It is simple yet comfortable and set in a beautiful location on high ground with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding area from the patio. The pool was immaculate and exactly what you want after a day at the beach. There is a market close by with pretty much everything that you need and it is a quick drive (~10 mins) into the main town Santa Teresa where you can find bigger grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The location is really ideal for exploring the northern part of the island and there are MANY gorgeous beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the house. You should explore the island but you really don't have to go far from the house to enjoy some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches. Now let's talk about the hosts, Juan and Mari. I would usually say that the best hosts are the ones that you never see while on holiday but in this case, I can only say that Juan and Mari made our trip 10 times better than it would have been if they were not a part of it. While being 100% respectful of our privacy, Juan and Mari were always available when we needed them. They even prepared a delicious meal for us which consisted of wild boar (which Juan hunted on the property) cooked in sauce for 2 days with homemade ravioli. Delicious! And paired with a bottle of homemade Cannonau wine! A skilled navigator, Juan also very graciously took our family out for 2 incredible excursions on boats that we rented. Juan arranged everything and provided us with the highlight days of our trip. Overall, I cannot say enough about this magical place and our hosts. We will certainly return and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Rundum glücklich und entspannt!
Wir kamen nach einer Woche Segelurlaub in das wunderschön gelegene Ferienhaus und konnten vom ersten Tag die Weitläufigkeit des Grundstücks genießen. Wir verbrachten fast die ganze Woche am Pool oder auf der schönen Terasse. Trotz der einmaligen und nächtlichen Verwarnung durch Juan, die unserer Trink- und Feierlautstärke zu verdanken war, würden wir immer wieder kommen und haben unseren Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit schönem Grundstück und sehr netten Vermietern zu 100% genießen können :)

Wunderbarer Urlaub bei einem wunderbaren Gastgeber
Wir (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) waren für eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Juanito. Das Haus liegt sehr einsam auf einem Berg, versteckt in Wäldern. Es herrscht absolute Stille, außer dem Wind in den Bäumen und ein paar Vögeln ist nichts zu hören. Wir haben diese Ruhe sehr genossen. Von Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Gegend, sogar bis ans Meer. Für die Kinder war es sehr aufregend und sie waren bestens beschäftigt. Das Grundstück ist steinig, schön bewachsen und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Zum Meer sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, man hat dort Traumstrände in unmittelbarer Entfernung - und wenn man 30 Minuten Fahrzeit auf sich nimmt kann man fast den ganzen Norden mit allen Highlights erkunden. Ganz besonders wollen wir die Gastfreundlichkeit von Juanito hervorheben: Er war ein Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nicht besser wünschen kann. Stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bemüht um seine Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und hoffen, dass wir bald mal zurückkommen können. Absolute Empfehlung.

wunderschöne Oase der Entspannung
Wir waren im Juli/August 3 Wochen Gäste von Juanito. 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (7,8,11). Das absolut ruhige Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt auf einem Hügel ca. 10 min zur nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit entfernt. Obwohl es sehr heiß war, war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl. Für die Kinder war der riesige Garten und Pool ein Traum zum Spielen. Ihnen wurde nie langweilig und es gab immer wieder etwas zu entdecken. Strände sind mehrere in der Nähe, alle mit Kies- oder Sandstrand und vor allem nicht überfüllt. Das Meer war glasklar und super zum Schnorcheln. Juanito hat uns eine Bootsfahrt nach Korsika empfohlen mit anschließendem Bade- und Schnorchelaufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel. Juanito unser Gastgeber hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir sind in den 3 Wochen unseres Aufenthalts tiefenentspannt nach Hause gefahren und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die ich jemals hatte. Vielen Dank Juanito für deine vielen Ausflugstipps und deine sensationelle Betreuung!

Ett fint rent hus perfekt för 8 st vuxna i lugn och fridfull miljö och med en underbar utsikt. Den härliga poolen bjöd på många sköna bad.Värdparet är fantastiskt hjälpsamma med tips på utflykter mm. Natur-Oase mit Familienanschluss
Wir haben als Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen zwei wunderbare Wochen bei Juanito und Mari verbracht. Das Haus liegt in absolut traumhafter Natur, weg vom Trubel und hat es uns ermöglicht, richtig abzuschalten. Im Haus und am Pool hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten, um ausgiebig zu kochen, zu grillen und einfach eine gute Zeit zu haben. Juanito hat uns bestens betreut und wir hatten das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Besuch zu sein. Wir vermissen das Haus und den Blick aufs Meer schon jetzt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Oasis!
Our family with three children spent two weeks in Villa Ruju this June. The place was basic in a nice way, and like a peaceful oasis with beautiful surroundings. Simultaneously, it was close to all amenities and activities you could wish for. It was also a perfect base for small excursions to the rest of northern Sardinia as well as Corsica. And not to forget the nutrition which was excellent... The owners were very supportive and friendly, and altogether it was for us a holiday with very happy memories.

Very peacefull place with a beautiful view and friendly owners
We had a fantastic time for 2 weeks on top of the hill overlooking the bay and the sea. Every day a beautiful sunset while sitting on your own patio of the house. The owners were always there to answer questions and give good tips. The house is clean and all the basics you need to live are there in the house. The swimming pool is nice and clean and always refreshing and cool during a warm day. The kids especially loved it. There is a big garden around the house and pool which gives a private feeling. All and all it was an authentic experience. We saw just a few mosquitos during our stay, and the mosquito nets (some we brought along) were helpful. Even on very hot days and nights we were all able to sleep with windows open during the night. And it felt very safe where we stayed. Bring enough sunscreen and in the little village of Rena Majore there is a little supermarket, which is only 10 minutes drive. Beaches can be reached in 10 minutes as well by car.
