Unfortunately this hotel is not worth the money. Not very clean and incredibly noisy. Limited supplies and hard to find anyone for extra toilet paper. Towels are very thin. Pillows are not fluffy and a smaller size and only 3 pillows, since they are flat you have to double up but my partner & I had to fight over the 3rd pillow. The parking area had transients hanging out, felt unsafe.

When we arrived there was a loud party that took over the lobby most of the evening. We had to ask for towels and there was no hair dryer in the room, as advertised. When we brought this to the attention of the desk clerk he said that was fine. It was not. The carpets looked stained.

Property is rather old. Walls have lots of spots that need to be touched up and the carpets are very dirty. When I got to breakfast, there were empty dishes of sausage and nobody ever came into refill. There was never any hot water for tea or chocolate or anything. Just not up to par. Won’t stay there again.

The queen bed I stayed in was terrible. It was very stiff and squeaked anytime I moved. It’s seems as they are still using the box springs from the 90’s. The room was very clean. I am very surprised the ratings were so high. It is a basic hotel in my opinion, not worth 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was below average. L I would not stay here again simply because of the bed.

We paid extra for a room with a king bed and only got a queen size. We were told the queen size is there normal king bed , let we don’t know the difference.

Erika the clerk was very nice. I woke up from a bug crawling on me. I marked the sheet to see if housekeeping changed my sheets and sure enough my sheets were never changed. First day I checked in cops wrestled an addict to the floor and took him away. A lot of addicts around the property. Very loud you can hear people’s TV’s and literal conversations word for word. They were remodeling so there is trash old furniture everywhere. Contractors worked til 9-10.

Staff of 3 just keyed and opened my door without notice. Construction was going on all around. I was constantly hearing banging from the walls, the voices of the staff were loud and they were oblivious as to the noise disturbance they were causing. The room phones are broken. I checked out within 2 hours of checking in.

Weekend Stay
Clean and tidy with exceptional service. Not a big fan of the wooden floors in the room, also no elevators for the 2nd floor. Would book 1st floor next time.

The toilet was dirty as in someone had used it to go # 2, and then it wasn’t properly cleaned before I arrived, and then it stopped working all together, so calling it a ‘Quality Inn’ is really a misnomer.
