Welcome to your wine country oasis that sits on 3.5 acres of nature and beauty. Sip on a glass of pinot as you lay back in the steamy spa while taking in the picturesque views of the sun-kissed vine-covered hills of Santa Rosa. This grand residence flaunts a stone wall fireplace, wood finishes, tall windows that engulf the home with natural light, and an extensive patio that allows you to host a wine tasting of your own. Spend days lounging poolside or taking in the natural beauty that encompasses your estate.

Nearby Activities: Ferrari Carano Winery, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary, The French Laundry (French Restaurant), Boxcar Fried Chicken & Biscuits.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Home Truths:
- The jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom's ensuite is currently unavailable for guest use, but the shower remains available for use.
- This pool is not heated and does not have a heater
- The wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use.
- This home is on a shared well, please be mindful of your water usage.
- The maximum occupancy for this home is 10.
- The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 4-5.
- Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am.
- Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home.
- Due to the home's remote location, internet and cellular service may be spotty at times.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 4-5 vehicles can fit in the driveway (depending on the size).

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Beautiful home in the country

We stayed at this home during our wedding weekend with some friends. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable house. The beds were very nice and the common spaces are perfect for a group. This is an older house, so there are some quirks, but nothing that impacted our stay.

Stay away

Where to begin. The listing does not accurately represent what you get when you arrive. The listing offers the heated pool, but then after you pay they tell you it is unavailable. The day before check in they informed us the dishwasher was broken. So they “generously” provided us with paper plates and plastic utensils. When were informed that the rental was not providing the listed amenities I asked to cancel the rental. They refused. I thought VRBO stood for “vacation rental by owner” but this property is rented by a terrible property rental company. We tried to make the best of the stay but it got worse when we arrived. The large bathroom has a huge jacuzzi tub in the pictures. But when you arrive there are signs saying “please do not use”. The beds are missing slats so there is no support. While the listing is very misleading. And the property management company is pathetic, the area is beautiful. But I wouldn’t recommend this house. And avoid booking listings from Avantstay.

Perfect Ladies Getaway

Great spot to get away with friends for a long weekend of relaxation and no responsibilities. Beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. Our one bit of feedback would be having a better light above the dining room table in the evening.

Very nice location and amenities. Horrible Wi-Fi and TV. Very bad lighting in kitchen area. No wine opener in home so needed to go out and get one. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Outdated, but nice home

Our group had a nice stay. The house was clean and the communication was terrific. The house had everything you would need for your stay. The house was quite outdated and the room configurations/bathrooms showed this. Not the private location we thought from the pictures, but overall a fine stay.

didn’t meet expectations

We love the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms. I have a few suggestions for the host. We weren’t able to use the hot tub because the chlorine levels were so high. It burned our skin. So we tried to use the tub in the master bath, but could only get 4 inches of 90° water before the water turned cold. No other device was running hot water in the house at the time. We suggest leaving more than a few garbage bags. Perhaps an extra roll of paper towels would help keep clean At one point, the power went out and three guests had to leave immediately, as they were in meetings online. We were told that power goes out frequently and would not be off long, which it wasn’t. However, since the price is high for this house, we would expect a generator to be available since this is a common occurrence. we found the response from the owner was not compassionate or helpful. Although most of the house was clean and in order, The master staircase is in need of cobweb removal. We hope this feedback will help the owners advertise more accurately and provide guests with the amenities they are paying for. There were only three bowls and not enough forks for more than one meal of seven people.

The Gable was the perfect spot for our base as we were married in Calistoga this past weekend. Great space, comfortable beds, and outstanding pool and hot tub! Was the perfect size for our family! The property had a bit more of an aged feel than we expected but everything worked and the property was clean. My only critique is that there are lots of light switches everywhere which made it tough to determine what each one did. More labeling would have been appreciated.

Great stay!

Our stay here was great. The check-in process was very clear and easy. The host was helpful and very communicative which was nice. The location was great, it was central to a lot of different cute towns and they were easy to get to. The property itself was just as pictured and it was very clean and comfortable. The only hang up is that there is no cell phone service at the property so make sure you have the address and check-in instructions loaded before getting up to the house. Overall, amazing stay! I would definitely recommend it.
