« The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house! »

« We had an amazing stay with 4 couples that had been friends for many years! The home was very clean and our host Carl could not have been more accommodating, special little touches, prompt in communications and informative with a formal personal greeting! We chose this location that was perfect for our wine tasting locations that we had chose, as well as a visit to the Redwoods and Goat Beach. Would highly recommend!! »

« This is a Great Place. The host was very helpful and communicative. The house has everything you need to have a great time. The saltwater pool is excellent. The grounds are very private. Lots of places to sit and relax while watching the squirrels, Turkeys and Birds. The Bocce Court is also a lot of fun. The BBQ is first class and works very well. Can't go wrong with this one. »

« If you’re looking for great place to stay in Santa Roaa; look no further. This home offered everything we needed and more. This home had something for everyone in our group. From cosy corners to a family game room. Even a big enough table for all our family members. We appreciated the privacy of the pool and enjoyed the sounds of nature. Emmy was a perfect hostess and extremely helpful. Our family had a wonderful time making memories. There would be no hesitation to rent it again. »

« This is a great house. The pool, theater room, spaciousness and isolation stand out. It's not a good place if a person has problems with stairs. There could have been a bigger selection of pots, pans and pyrex ovenwear.The refrigerator should have been checked before we got there, as there was a water leak. I give it a 9 out of 10 rating. »

"Il s'agit de ma 2e visite à cet établissement, l'an dernier nous avions été satisfait pour l'ensemble de sorte que nous avons pris le même hotel. Cette anné, nous avons constater qu'il n'y avais pas de réfrigérateur ni de micro-onde. Cependant nous avons éprouvés des problèmes avec la douche. Nous avons communiquer avec l'administration et il nous ont dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et n'ont rien offert en compensation"
