The young man who checked us in, Erik, he is the best employee at this location. We had to praise him. The hotel itself could use some updating like new shower heads, new cooktops, laminate peeling off cupboards. But the beds were nice and firm with no sags. Windows weighed 70lbs so my husband was only one could open them. The parking lot seemed like it only had just enough spots that were squeezed in too small a lot. And there were some questionable characters hanging around the evening hours. Feel like we paid too much, like Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 stay. If there were few options Id stay again. Like a C

I had stayed there prior to my last stay and because they do not accept cash and there isn't a store for about a mile radius cuz it sits on an onan off ramp and a strip of car dealers I have no car and I have a medical condition and wasn't able to get to the store in time but I have been staying there for about 2 almost 3 weeks already they locked my room and gave me a DNR (do not rent) I had the money to pay. So fast forward to yesterday I had no idea I was dnrd and my friend rented the room and they seen me kicked us out and kept our money. The place is disgusting the floors are black the sheets are dirty they don't have any towels the service is horrible management is ridiculous. I could go on and on and on I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy

The heater/air conditioner was so loud it was very hard to sleep and did not heat up. Everything was old about the room.

The desk clerk Erik was very helpful and polite. The rooms are large and clean. BUT the property is located right off Highway 101. The noise never stops. Continous sirens. Hard to sleep. I would never stay here again. They shouldn't have skimped on a sound wall.

For the most part we were comfortable. I want to start out saying that we received excellent friendly service. But I was scared of the Spider nest right above my door. I hate bugs and these were pretty good sized spiders and a web covered a whole corner of my door.

When we went to the hotel there was no room available. You booked a room and they didn’t have one. How can you do that? I had trouble getting through to talking with someone at Expedia. It took me over an hour to get this cleared up. I will never ever use Expedia again.

My room was so dirty that my feet were black from walking in the room barefoot. The laundry facility was broken and they were “out of” oatmeal the entire week I stayed there, which is one of the only options there are for breakfast.

I booked a stay here through Expedia 3 days in advance and had the room paid for. Upon arriving and trying to check in, the guy helping said that he could't find my reservation. I explained to him i had one and the room has been paid for. Basically he said there was nothing he can do i need to call Expedia. I was a mother alone traveling with my two young children out of town. It took over 2 hours to find somewhere else to stay. Expedia called them because i did have a reservation showing in their system. They told me my room was given to someone else and that they were completely booked and could not accommodate me. I was extremely upset and my children were so tired and wanted somewhere to sleep. Will never attempt to stay here again.

Made this reservation for one of our employees who was there for work nearby. When he arrived he found a WARNING sign on the wall stating that "Brass valves and fixtures in this establishment can expose you to lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." When he got to his room, it was very dirty and the door of the room was bent and appeared to have been pried open at some point, didn't appear secure. He said that the area around the hotel was very sketchy, that there were homeless people in the vicinity and in the hall going to his room he saw doorways open with multiple people inside smoking. He was so alarmed at the state of the facility, he did not feel safe. We ended up putting him up at another hotel. The only good thing about this whole experience was that the front desk manager gave us a full refund (the room had been paid for by the company in advance of his stay). I had booked another employee to stay at this hotel the following week, but based on this situation I cancelled the reservation and put that employee in another hotel as well.

People hanging out on the car walks drinking and talking loud. Hand to hand drug transactions in the parking lot. A prostitute working in the parking lot. At least I saw the cops drive through the parking lot several times a night.

The check-in process was not very friendly. I had to ask a few questions that would seem to me are protocol on a check-in process. I had to go look for my room since I was not told where it was. People smoking pot and cigarettes outside my room. Very noise ALL NIGHT LONG. I could hear the family above my room. The room was dated. Their breakfast was a shelf with coffee, a bit of muffins and such. The lady that checked me out was nice.
