On the first floor of the home, you will find an open concept main living space, made up of the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.       Blue Ocean Breeze and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately a 0.7 miles to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain and 1.5 miles from the Gulf View Heights Beach Access, both having public restrooms.
      Both also a short golf cart (or bike) ride away!

      Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

      30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach.       The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

      Everything was as expected. Only a few issues… (1) We found out the stove top was not working when we arrived at the property. Would have been nice to have a heads up before we arrived. We had to inquire with property management about an estimated repair time before they offered to get us an electric burner - would have liked to know this was the situation before arriving and resolution in place without having to contact property management. (2) The streets are pretty narrow and people across the street had their cars parked partially in the street. This made it difficult for us to back out of the driveway.

      Amazing property
      Granddaughter chose to spend time with the family for her senior trip. We have always stayed in hotels. Turns out that was a lifelong mistake. This property had everything you could imagine and then some. I do all the cooking. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and the grill was great. Everyone was impressed with the house and everyone had plenty of space to escape each other. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Morning coffee on the deck with the book of daily devotionals was my favorite thing (I’m fat and old).

      Overall, the house was good! Kitchen is not stocked with basics like coffee filters, extra paper towels, trash bags, sugar, condiments, etc. make sure you buy everything you think you may need (including laundry soap) for an extended stay. We left a lot of that kind of stuff there because we didn’t have room in our luggage to take it home. The first 2 nights we had to listen to a smoke detector beeping. It was too high to reach without a ladder and we couldn’t get anyone to change it until Monday. Loud party next door which usually doesn’t bother us but we had to be up by 4am to catch our flight home. House was clean and beds were very comfortable! Golf cart and bikes were great!
