Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed in designated outdoor terrace areas. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of $250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or any inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Violations of these rules may result in penalties of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The main guest must be of legal age and must be present throughout the stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellation policies apply as stated at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or external travel related issues beyond our control. Additionally, in the event of interruptions to public utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet, these will not be considered grounds for a refund, as they are circumstances beyond our control and may occur in a developing city. In all cases, we will make our best effort to coordinate with the corresponding service providers and restore the service as quickly as possible.
