Gros manque d’entretien et accès très difficile
La villa est très difficile à rejoindre, l’accès à la mer est très peu invitant, l’environnement et la villa manquent d’entretien, la ville est sale et remplie de déchets. Très décevant pour le prix. Je ne recommande pas du tout

Superbe villa
Superbe villa, très grande et très bien aménagée. L'espace extérieur est vraiment très agréable. La vue est magnifique. La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile et ils sont très arrangeants.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig, und auch die verschiedenen Aussenbereiche bieten viel Platz. Als "Selbstsorger" haben wir die Kombination aus Küche und Aussenküche / Grill sehr geliebt. 4 tolle und gleichwertige Doppelzimmer; perfekt für uns 4 Paare und die zwei Singles in den eher kleineren Doppelzimmer! Da es sich praktisch um einen Privatzugang zum Meer handelt, haben wir den Pool nie genutzt. Einzig der Zugang ins Meer ist problematisch; schade, dass die Leiter nicht mehr existiert. Unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen!

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Nachteilen
Die Villa ist sehr geräumig - für 12 Personen angegeben mit 8 Personen optimal. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht optimal gepflegt. Das sind aber alles Kleinigkeiten (angerostete Scharniere, schlecht schließende Türen, abgeblätterte Farbe, tropfende Hähne ..). Das störendste waren die Stechmücken. Im Schatten gab es sie den ganzen Tag. Und natürlich sind die auch ins Haus - vor allem in die Küche von der schattigen Rückseite aus. Am schlimmsten war es nachts. Leider kein Moskitonetz am Fenster. Also entweder Fenster zu oder Mücken im Raum. Die Hausverwalterin Erica war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Pool ist ausreichend zum planschen. Wer richtig schwimmen will muss ins Meer. Die ganze Küste in diesem Gebiet ist geprägt von zerfallenen Gebäuden und Resten von Strandanlagen. Außerdem viel angespülter Müll. Das Wasser jedoch sauber und klar.

A charming property with great beach/sea frontage, a lovely pool & stunning sunrises...
Villa Acquamarina is a perfect place for a family group - there is plenty of space and bedrooms to spread out in & the decor, including grand piano, is stylish. The pool area is nice & really well-maintained and there is also easy access to the beach/sea. The stunning sunrises made a great start to every day. A car is essential while staying at this property although the parking area is modest and skillful maneuvering is required. Erica was extremely friendly & welcoming, the house was clean, the pool-man (Bongo) was extremely helpful and maintained the pool to a very high standard, and the welcome hamper of food/wine was much appreciated. There are several excellent restaurants within a short drive and the only off-note of the entire holiday, was the extraordinary levels of litter/pollution, both in the sea (while snorkeling) and along the surrounding roadsides (well beyond the management of the Villa but still sad to see on such a beautiful island). Overall we would rate our stay in Villa Acquamarina as 9 out of 10!

Secluded grandiose/large villa, easily fits 10-12 people/two families, great outdoor area, multiple terraces, super nice pool, direct access to the ocean and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean sea. Great/responsive hospitality service, nice welcome basket.

Had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to relax with extended family, mom, dad, two kids, and grandparents. Pool was a big hit, as well as ability to get directly to the ocean. I would recommend.

Schöne Fotos - Realität enttäuschend
Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt, Meerzugang absolut desolat (Tlw. gefährlich). Pool ist ok - versprochene tägliche Reinigung erfolgte jedoch nicht. Küche mit Geschirr und Gläsern sehr gut ausgestattet, aber ansonsten nicht zufriedenstellend. Auch der Grillplatz nicht. Matratzen gehören dringend getauscht! Umgebung extrem verschmutzt, der Müll liegt auf den Straßen bzw. auch am Ufer. Sehr positiv ist der Begrüßungskorb bei Ankunft aufgefallen!!

The house is fantastic! Great property and perfect location with direct access to the beach. We had a great welcome from Giorgio and check-out from Erica and her clean-up crew. Fantastic property
House is wonderful and close enough to stores and restaurants but still on a private, gated road. Erica, the house manager, is absolutely the most gracious and helpful property manager I've ever worked with. Our family of 10 stayed very comfortable for the six days. Thank you

Spacious, Beautiful Water-side Setting
Villa Aquamarina is a beautiful, private family resort in Santa Flavia, Italy. It is very comfortable for large families and provides self-sufficiency. The property's all-inclusive nature (parking, furnishing, pool) makes a comfortable vacation setting. Only the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the mosquito situation makes leaving doors and windows open unfortunately not possible. Owenr would benefit from providing fans to circulate air in rest of large house.Villa's location near Bagheria, Italy, as well as the auto-strada is very convenient and provides ample restaurant and shopping opportunity.
