Our 2-bed, 2-bath East Side home, Hummingbird, is a brief stroll to Canyon Road & a short drive to the Plaza. The large deck provides stunning morning & evening views of the nearby mountains. Both bedrooms have en-suites. Hummingbird is an authentic Santa Fe retreat.

Experience the tranquility of this home nestled in a serene neighborhood, moments away from the heart of downtown. A short walk from Canyon Road & a quick drive to the plaza, this spacious hillside home is a gateway to Santa Fe's art and dining scene. Imagine yourself on the peaceful front porch and patio, listening to the fountain, feeling the cool breeze, and watching hummingbirds flutter by. The deck provides breathtaking views, comfortable seating areas, & is the ultimate space for relaxation. Positioned high on a hillside overlooking the Santa Fe River valley, Hummingbird offers optimal views, both morning & evening, of the surrounding mountains to the East & West.

The home's understated southwestern decor is complemented by beautiful artwork, creating an inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for intimate meals at the dining table or al fresco on the deck. The living area features large glass doors that frame the magnificent mountain backdrop. A library, equipped with a daybed and pop-up trundle, is located across from the dry bar and kitchen, which showcases quartz countertops and a stylish black granite island doubling as a breakfast bar. The formal dining area accommodates up to eight guests. Privacy is assured with a layout that offers separated sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The home is on two levels with an internal half stair & 15 or so steps up from the parking area.

Hummingbird is not only aesthetically pleasing but also rich in character. It boasts three fireplaces, an impressive collection of original artwork, century-old Native American artifacts, and a diverse library. Hummingbird is the place to escape, relax, and create lasting memories in the enchanting Santa Fe landscape.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Beautiful

This was our first time to rent a VRBO. The Hummingbird property was perfect for us. We were a party of 3 elders. It’s beautifully decorated, has a wonderful Master bath, nice kitchen, pretty mountain views, great deck and patio below. When we had a couple of issues the management was very responsive. We loved everything about the property. Made our trip!

Fabulous Deck

We have stayed at this Eastside property several times. It is our favorite. The Mountain View from the deck is unmatched. This is a very comfortable house. It is an easy walk to Canyon Road, which is amazing.

Restful Hummingbird

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property was exactly as it was pictured/described and was well appointed. The location felt very private even though it is nestled into an area that is quite populated. We had local friends over for dinner one night and they were as equally impressed as we were. Having never been to the Santa Fe area before we realized how much there is to see and do there and will undoubtably be back and when we do, we will stay at this property again.

Great stay in Santa Fe

We had a great stay in Santa Fe. The property Is located up the hill from all the galleries in canyon road. The final few roads were a bit narrow but we had no issues in a SUV except on a day we got heavy snow. Chains or a 4x4 would be required when it’s slippery. The house is spacious with two bedrooms and a day bed in the office. The fire place was nice with the cold weather and fire wood can be purchased around the city. They property is divided into three units with this one being largest and having the best views. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The driveway is shared with the back neighbor. Parking would easily accommodate two vehicles and possibly a third. The kitchen has all the basics and all the appliances worked. Overall we entered our stay and would love to visit again.

Amazing!

The whole family loved this home, including our dogs. The home was a great location for canyon road and downtown. We loved the proximity to skiing and loved relaxing at the house in the afternoons after a morning of skiing. The kitchen had all the cookware and staples you could need, and was so intuitively arranged. We loved walking to the park with our daughter, seeing the rabbit foot prints in the snow, and enjoying the expansive views. I wish we lived here! We are already taking about trying to plan a summer trip to this house. We loved it and had one of the best family vacations here.

This place has it all!

We stayed at Hummingbird with another couple and the home was perfect. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown. The layout of the bedrooms gave both couples privacy. The home is thoughtfully decorated in understated southwestern style with lovely artwork. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cozy meals at either the comfortable dining table or outside on the spacious deck. The deck is the best feature of the home, with outstanding views, seating areas, and gas grill. The customer service provided by Two Casitas was exemplary with informative emails and texts every step of the way. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Santa Fe.
