Disons les vraies choses: ça reste un motel. Sympathique et joli, mais quand même un motel. À l'heure où je suis arrivé (fin d'après-midi) le staff était sans sourire, sans chaleur et, objectivement, vraiment pas accueillant. C'était mieux le lendemain matin.

I appreciated the classic finishing that gave it the feel of an earlier time. However, the walls were very thin and sometimes I could hear other guests when I was trying to enjoy the quiet or sleep.

We loved parking right next to our door and that our room was on the ground floor. The area was quiet, yet close enough to the plaza and downtown.

We stayed in the newly renovated section of the Inn property. The reception and dining area was lovely with breakfast bar included in our rate. There is also an additional cost bar/dining option available most evenings. The garden seating are is nice as well. The location is close to the Plaza and lots of shopping and eating choices. Overall good choice for visiting Santa Fe.

Very clean and nicely appointed and convenient. . The only drawback was the noise from the floor above. It was very loud and disturbing If you book here, ask for a room wirh no floor above

This place blew me away. The room had a large, gorgeous fireplace. The bathroom floors were HEATED. The ceilings were tall and there were tons of windows for natural light. It’s right around the corner from the main plaza and super walkable. Breakfast was pretty standard for a complimentary breakfast. The only nitpick I have is that the pillows were nearly flat and definitely need replaced, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat no matter what.

The hotel itself and rooms are very nice, and they are currently remodeling some of the rooms. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was average-much like what you'd get at a lower end chain hotel. The thing we really didn't like was the "resort fee". This made the stay more expensive, and you got very little for the daily charge that was added on at the end. The location is very convenient to the Santa Fe Plaza- maybe a 5-7 minute walk.

Property was being renovated but it didn’t affect our stay. Convenient location to downtown. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good which isn’t always the case in other hotels we have visited. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay here was very enjoyable. The only issue was the first night there was no hot water in the sink or the shower. Let management know and someone did come and fix the issue.

The Inn was in a very walkable part of the old town. It was quiet and close to the Plaza and several museums. The rooms are comfortable, they alsohave gas fired Santa Fe style fireplaces in them, adding warmth and character. Would recommend the Santa Fe Inn!

Great find. So close to downtown. Also walked to brewery (Santa Fe Brewing) nearby as well as Tomasitas for dinner. Staff was accomidating and friendly. Breakfast was hot and very good. Bedding was very comfortable. Enjoyed the robes . Would stay again

Beautiful rooms! Wonderful staff! Great breakfasts! Need larger fridge and microwave and desk or table for working on computer. Otherwise, just about perfect! Denisse and Heather at the front desk went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion! I stayed there 17 days and would definitely return. Fireplace in room. Nice decor. I've never seen a better made bed in my life. I would come back to my room after breakfast and feel happy just looking at the way the bed had been made. It was that good!! Also, heated bathroom floor! Very convenient to downtown's shopping and restaurants. Very safe! Outer locked gate, outside common door and then room door. This place is a true gem in Santa Fe!

Great place to stay close to Santa Fe center. We brought a car and parked easily At the hotel. My only complaint was the breakfast. I had read some good reviews about it but I wasn’t that impressed. The food was cold and it was only served 7-9am. One morning we showed up at 8:30am and there wasn’t much left and they were already cleaning up.

What a cool inn with plenty of charm reflecting the area's unique southwestern character! This is not your cookie-cutter modern hotel, so don't expect that. What you can expect is a clean and well-kept facility in a location that is great for exploring this capital city on foot. My room was a junior suite, which included a gas fireplace and lots of space, including an office work area. Very comfortable. FYI, this inn is mostly one level, but my particular room did have another guest room above it on the second level. If any noise from above bothers you, (e.g. footsteps/talking), you might opt for a regular room instead of the junior suite. The background noise was minimal for me and not a problem.

This is an older property. The property is very well maintained. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Fire place in room worked perfectly and was cozy on a cool night. Plenty of places to charge devices. Check in was easy and breakfast was slightly better than most.

La Fonda on the Plaza just took over this motel. OSFI offers free breakfast so you get the benefit of the great culinary expertise of La Fonda. OSFI is just south of the plaza and just east if the railyards. That puts you within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, the Indian vendors at the palace, the capital building, Canyon galleries and more. We have been coming to Santa Fe for years now and this is our new favorite. You will be pleasantly surprised at the level of service and quality accommodations here!
