Bella Casa est un 1100 Sq. Ft. Condo avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situĂ© sur une rue rĂ©sidentielle tranquille bordĂ©e d'arbres dans l'un des plus anciens quartiers de Santa Fe. Le complexe de condominiums Old Trails a Ă©tĂ© construit en 1983 sur le site d'un ancien domaine et ne comporte que 5 unitĂ©s en forme de L. Bella Casa est situĂ©e dans le coin intĂ©rieur, ce qui permet des patios avant et arriĂšre complĂštement privĂ©s. Deux places de stationnement rĂ©servĂ©es hors rue sont Ă  quelques pas de la porte d'entrĂ©e. Ce quartier est connu comme le quartier historique de South Capitol et est Ă  moins d'un mile du centre de Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road et Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du State Capitol "Round House". Les cloches de la cathĂ©drale peuvent ĂȘtre entendues Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et vous guideront vers l'un des endroits les plus intĂ©ressants de tout le pays! Galeries, musĂ©es d'art, d'histoire et d'art populaire, Canyon Road, musĂ©e pour enfants, marchĂ©s de producteurs, expositions d'art, restaurants, vignobles, couchers de soleil, spas, golf, ski, randonnĂ©e pĂ©destre et les gens formidables abondent ici! Les excursions d'une journĂ©e sont faciles Ă  rĂ©aliser dans le nord du Nouveau-Mexique et Albuquerque est Ă  moins d'une heure au sud. Les aĂ©roports sont idĂ©alement situĂ©s Ă  Santa Fe et Ă  Albuquerque. Bella Casa est une adobe avec de hauts plafonds avec des vigas apparentes, une cheminĂ©e Kiva, des sols en briques partout, une cuisine de cuisine et, surtout, de l'intimitĂ©. Les deux chambres sĂ©parĂ©es avec bains (une de 8 marches vers le haut, une de 8 marches vers le bas) permettent une intimitĂ© totale des clients et sont exceptionnelles pour deux couples. Les patios avant et arriĂšre ont Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement repensĂ©s et rĂ©amĂ©nagĂ©s en 2018. Les deux vous donnent une sensation intĂ©rieure / extĂ©rieure dans tout le condo et une grande lumiĂšre. Le salon (avec canapĂ©-lit queen amĂ©liorĂ©), une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse Ă  chargement frontal de grande taille ajoutent Ă  votre confort. Le lit King et la salle de bain Ă  l'Ă©tage et le lit Queen au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et la salle de bain adjacente sont particuliĂšrement agrĂ©ables pour l'intimitĂ© des clients si vous voyagez avec deux couples, en famille ou tout simplement pour un voyage entre filles. Les deux chambres ont la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, tout comme le salon qui dispose Ă©galement d'un DVR et d'un lecteur DVD. Peu importe ce qui vous amĂšne au Nouveau-Mexique, je crois que vous apprĂ©cierez vraiment votre sĂ©jour Ă  Bella Casa. Ce sera un endroit pour appeler Ă  la maison pendant votre absence! Just Like Home

This cozy little condo within one mile of the Plaza and The Railyard is a perfect location for a stay in Santa Fe. It is compact, with everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well stocked with a good variety of cookware, dishes, appliances ,utensils and basic supplies such as cooking oil, coffee filters, vinegars, and just about any herb/spice you might need. You will find boxes of tissues in every room and small wind-up alarm clocks by each side of both beds and in the living area. The fleece throws in the living room are a nice touch. Mini-split air conditioners keep the temperature comfortable. We set the temperature we preferred and then left them on the low fan speed and couldn't even hear them running.Privacy is good as one bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs, with the living area in between. The mattresses are firm but very comfortable. This is saying a lot as we are accustomed to Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The closet space is generous and there are plenty of clothes hangers. If you are visiting for a longer stay, you will find cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners for a quick clean-up.One suggestion: either provide a channel listing for the Roku streaming service, or instructions for how to find one online. We never did locate local TV channels for weather forecasts and news.Thank you, Diane, for being a gracious host and responding quickly whenever we needed to contact you.

Bella Casa is a Perfect Getaway

Bella Casa was a perfect location for our sister trip. The property itself was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Diane, our host, provided such excellent details of the property and surrounding area that we were never without fun options for day trips. We had a lovely week’s stay at Bella Casa, a short walk to Santa Fe plaza and short drive to museum hill. Everything was provided as described, and we cooked nice breakfasts after a good night’s sleep on the firm beds. Highly recommended!

Quick Ski Trip

The South Capitol Condo was great. Perfect space and location. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. We loved the 2 bedroom layout and the condo compound had 2 parking spaces. Cozy Bella Casa

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter and her husband for 5 nights in December. The condo is private inside and out. We found it to be perfect for two couples - great common spaces and private bedrooms. The decor was lovely and we had everything we needed - everything was very comfy and cozy. The two courtyards were great as well and parking was very convenient. The host, Diane was super easy to work with leading up to our visit and great upon our check out. We were an easy 15-20 minute walk to the plaza area and within a 10-15 minute drive to everything else we did on our visit. The host also provides a ton of great info on things to do around town. We all loved the condo and my husband and I will definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Santa Fe! Thank you, Diane, for sharing this treasure!

A great and quiet place to stay in Santa Fe

We are so glad we booked Casa Bella in Santa Fe for our visit. It more that met our expectations based on the information available on the Internet. From the time of booking the owner was very good at communications and made it clear as to how to gain entry to the property and provided complete information about all the appliances and equipment. We have travelled in many countries and stayed in many apartments/condos so we have a large basis of comparison. Without question, the owner has set up Casa Bella better than any we have ever used. And, even if we had found something about which we had a question not answered in the written information provided prior to the visit or in the unit, it was good to know she was available anytime to help. This unit is totally suitable for short or long term stays as the supplies for personal use and facility maintenance are complete. We were there just before Christmas, so it was too cold to use the exterior of the unit, but for those considering a warmer time to visit, you can be assured that you will also enjoy the very private patio. The unit is well situated on a quiet street just south of the state capitol, which makes it easy to walk to the central plaza or the Railyard complex.

Santa Fe Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe, appreciating the condo's convenient location. There was easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated in a New Mexico style, with two patios offering ample outdoor space. My favorite part was curling up with a book in front of the burning kiva fireplace! Parking was hassle-free with two designated spots. The host, Diane, was responsive throughout the booking process and for any questions. We will definitely consider returning for future visits when we wish to stay closer to town.

A Real Santa Fe Gem!

Our stay at Bella Casa (9/28 - 10/3/24) exceeded all of our expectations. It is a beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many points of interest (Canyon Road, The Plaza, Rail Yard, assorted restaurants). There’s also a very nice market, Kaune’s, about a ten minute walk: kind of like a mini Whole Foods. The casita itself feels like your own Santa Fe home; nicely furnished, decorated and extremely clean (Thanks, Angela!). It also has every appliance, pot/pan and cooking gadget imaginable. I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Diane!

This was our “First Visit” to Bella Casa and we hope to have many more. Everything about our visit/stay was lovely. Diane and Angela have created a meticulous and restful space for their guests in Santa Fe. Bella Casa is spotless and I mean spotless. Diane’s phenomenal communication from booking to departing made travel to Bella Casa a breeze. The layout of the space allows for privacy and comfort for 2 couples. The attention to detail

One of the best properties you will find in Santa Fe

This property is everything that was described and more. Wonderful property manager, two very separate sleeping areas with adjacent bathrooms that offer privacy for two couples, one mile from the top of Canyon Road or the middle of town (and remember Santa Fe is flat and very walkable, two outdoor sitting areas with a grill and chiminea, two parking spots but wait there is more...an abundance of hangars in the closets, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds with really great pillows, full access to Netflix, you tube tv etc,, new washer and dryer, picture windows to see the beautiful NM sky, great internet, and a host who is ready to help with everything you will need for a great vacation. Thanks Diane, hope to make it back again soon.

I can not say enough about Bella Casa or our host Diane. The condo is welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. The attention to detail iis outstanding on the inside and outside. Diane is fabulous to work with, she is responsive and gave recommendations on dining, activities and more. We traveled from Upstate New York for a special celebration and Bella Casa helped to make it perfect.

Charming casa

Very good first VRBO experience! The casa is tastefully decorated with lovely Santa Fe art and furniture, has a great layout and is just the right size. Cozy and homey atmosphere, every detail thought out. Two charming private patios and reserved parking were much appreciated perks. Diane is a very organized and thoughtful host, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Highly recommended!

A Great Home Away from Home

We loved this home! What a comfortable, well appointed house for travelers. There are 2 primary suites with attached baths. Also a generous living and kitchen area. The location was close enough to downtown that we were able to enjoy walking everywhere. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our coffee in the mornings and in front of the chiminea in the evening. This is a beautiful and welcoming environment. It truly enhanced our visit to Santa Fe.
