Charmant chalet romantique sur la plage de Yacht Harbor

Charmant designer d'intĂ©rieur Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Environ 700 mÂČ. Ft. Environ. 3 minutes ou 2 1/4 blocs Ă  Twin Lakes Beach, le port, le restaurant Crows Nest et d'autres restaurants du port et activitĂ©s de plein air.

La maison est un cottage de deux chambres à coucher avec une plage et une grande lumiÚre orientée plein sud. Il y a une chambre principale avec un lit queen, une commode, une télévision et une literie de luxe. Une chambre d'hÎtes avec deux lits jumeaux (peut demander un roi) i et une télévision à écran plat. Une salle de bain avec douche et serviettes abondantes. Le salon peut accueillir 6 personnes avec TV, lecteur DVD et un mobilier confortable en duvet. Enfin, la petite cuisine complÚte avec un coin confortable peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Il y a trois zones de siÚges en briques extérieures, y compris les cours arriÚre et avant avec deux lampes chauffantes, un barbecue, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et un bain à remous pour le plaisir extérieur. La cour arriÚre est entourée de hautes haies et d'une belle roseraie. L'arriÚre-cour et l'avant sont fermés pour plus d'intimité et de commodité pour vous et vos animaux de compagnie.

Annual Trip to Santa Cruz

We enjoyed five nights at the beach cottage. We’re a family of four with pets and my daughters loved their room with twin beds, both said their beds were comfortable. The backyard and front yard are perfect for dogs as well as relaxing as a family. The location is great as well, just a short walk to Twin Lakes beach.

Great Summer Getaway

This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. The home is small but it fit my family of 2 adults and 2 teens just fine. We had some trouble with the hot tub on the first day but the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The regularly scheduled maintenance was the next day and it ran smoothly after that for the remainder of the week. My only slight con about our stay is that they are building a home across the street. The workers were there from 8-6 every day so there was construction noises and limited parking because of it. Overall we had an amazing trip and experienced so much of what Santa Cruz has to offer!

Small hidden home with walking distance to the beach. Securely tucked in a fenced in yard where you can sit outside in front or backyard and enjoy the sounds of the waves or relax in the backyard under the stars in the hot tub.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming beach cottage! The highlight for us was the proximity to the beach and definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day spent exploring the beach. The cottage is incredibly dog-friendly, with two spacious, enclosed yards that gave our two pups plenty of room to play and relax. We also loved how easy it was to access the property, and cleanup was a breeze, making it the most stress-free vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it simple to cook and enjoy meals at home. This beach cottage truly offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We can’t wait to return!

Great place and hosts!

we have stayed at numerous properties in and around Santa Cruz over the last 30 years and this one ranked right up at the top. The hosts were phenomenal with their level of communication. The property was super clean, cozy, and exactly what was depicted within the pictures on the VRBO website.

Home away from home

Excellent stay in Santa Cruz. The owner is wonderful and made accommodations for us when we needed to come later than expected. The house is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the beach and fun restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Early Valentine's weekend away from the kids! We enjoyed the space and took a Short drive and had lunch in Monterey! Also enjoyed local restaurants Lillians and paradise grille! Maybe we'll bring the kids next time perfect weekend beach house short walk from one of the best local beaches.

Fabulous Cottage in Great Location

Came for a few days to visit with friends. We had a wonderful time. The backyard is spacious and beautiful and the hot tub was a great touch! The house was clean and private and neighborhood was safe. The hosts were very helpful and responsive!

Great location, cozy, responsive!

This rental house was a fantastic find! It had a truly cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Speaking of which, the location was ideal – super close for the kids to easily go back and forth. The hot tub was a definite highlight, and we all slept great thanks to the comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, even if it was a little small. Check-in was a breeze, and having parking right in front was so convenient. Plus, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place!

We stayed here with our two adult daughters and dog for 3 nights at Christmastime — it was a cozy haven where we enjoyed walks to the beach, playing board games, cooking and soaking in the hot tub. Spotlessly clean and the owners couldn’t have been more hospitable, very easy communication. Highly recommend!

Sweet little house

Cute and comfortable vintage beach cottage! Everything was clean and in order. (We did not use the hot tub.) Our family two small senior pups enjoyed the sunny yard, Seabright Deli nearby, and walking down to the beach for sunset. Owner was easy to communicate with at checkout time. Thank you!

Rustic Cottage Near the Beach

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this cottage, even if it is a bit rustic. The proximity to Twin Lakes beach is its best selling point, but it also has a nice large back yard. The footprint is small, and some of the furniture is a bit worn. Overall though it was a nice price in a great location. The hot tub was a great perk!

Weekend in Santa Cruz
