« Endroit et personnel incroyable!! »

The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« Everything was perfect, Astrid is very professional and helpful. Thank you !! »

« The grounds were spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even came to find us when their sign was out and Waze got us lost. »

« This property was amazing . the view to the volcanos is incredible. The staff so nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat . I was so happy to stayed in this amazing place. 100 percent recommended »

« Recomendadisimo »

« The place was great. What wasn’t is the early closing of the activities. Check in is at three and the activities were closed by 4. By the time you settle in the first day is wasted. »

« This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h »
